I had an issue with TMG product after using once.

Buyer Beware ...TMG states we will cover the cost of standard LTL freight and standard ground shipping on warranty parts and attachments sent from the warehouse to the dealer or customer.

TMG warranty only covers parts and LTL freight although everything comes from China. It does not include repair costs. If you can't find someone to do the repair or do it yourself it's garbage even if it's under warranty.

Great buyin' experience and super fast shippin' (even 'cross ***!). So stoked with the product!

I bought a ditch mower from TMG Industrial and it was pretty easy to assemble, even though the instructions were just pictures. So far, everything seems to be working fine and I'll be using it again soon. Thanks for now! Five stars!

I bought a new tire changer and it had a faulty part. They wanted me to pay for the replacement part even though it was still within the one-year warranty. It's been two weeks and they haven't resolved the issue. I will never purchase anything from them again.

TMG Industrial is a company that sells various products, including lawnmowers. I recently purchased one of their lawnmowers, but unfortunately, I encountered some issues with it. The mower had welds that were clearly not done properly, as there was no penetration. I noticed this problem a few months after the one-year mark. Despite the fact that the metal around the welds was clean and squared off, indicating a lack of penetration, TMG Industrial refused to honor the warranty.

I bought 2 tractor add-ons from TMG Industrial. They came on time and were in good working condition. The stuff I got matched what was shown on the website. They even reached out to me after each order to double-check the shipping info and make sure I was ready to receive the gear. I'll definitely buy from TMG Industrial again.

I bought a *** Dual Truss Storage Shelter with Heavy Duty 32oz PVC Fabric. We used this as a temporary structure to build inside over the winter in New Brunswick Canada, and allowed us to continue construction. The shelter held up well and seemed to be made of good quality materials. We did heat the building which helped to keep the snow off. I would recommend this to anyone.

This company is terrible, and I strongly advise against buying anything from them. I bought a completely new hot pressure washer from a state auction. The product was still wrapped and had no scratches on it. However, after using it for less than 10 hours, the pump went bad. I contacted the company through email to try and figure out the problem. After going back and forth, they finally told me that I would need to replace the pump, which would cost $600 plus shipping. They refused to cover it because I bought it at an auction, even though it was brand new. I do not recommend using this company for anything.

We sadly bought a *** Commercial Grade Storage Shelter, 30 x 50’. It says it's got upgraded strength for snow load (purlin quantity, distance between purlins etc.) It snowed on Christmas Day, and the building fell down and squished everything inside, like my car, our tractor cab, lawn tractor, and ski doo. The tractor's height saved the other vehicles from more damage. Some parts of the building are now about 20” off the ground. It was a regular Ontario snowfall, powdery snow but not 'wet or heavy'. I could talk about the bad instructions, and how every purlin broke in the same spot, but what's the use? Don't buy this thing!

I got a Cattle Squeeze Chute from an Auction in Somerset, Ky. U.S.A. IT AIN'T A SQUEEZE CHUTE! The only thing that squeezes your cattle is the head catcher. It's all wrong, man! It came unassembled without any instructions. As I was putting it together, my stomach "squeezed" when I realized it wasn't what they said it was. It's pretty strong, but there are some design flaws that I can see will be a problem soon. Right now, I haven't used it yet. The reason is that I'm still deciding if I should try to sell it and get most of my money back so I can buy a real squeeze chute. I'm super disappointed, man!

I jus bought a 30'x60' storage buildin' from TMG, but it came mad late and all messed up. I sent 'em pics of the damage, but they ain't gonna replace it 'cause they say it's still "usable". They told me to take more pics of the messed up canvas, but that woulda messed it up even more. Plus, the new pics woulda looked the same as the old ones. Since the delivery was late, I had to put up the jacked up canvas 'cause winter was comin'. I been dealin' with TMG for like a whole month now and ain't made no progress with their rep. Their customer service is straight up trash, man. The TMG rep bein' all rude and talkin' down to me. I wish I could give 'em zero stars and shoulda ordered from their competition.

I bought a compactor from TMG Industrial. I told them I needed it shipped right away. They promised it would ship the next day. But then, 2 days later, I got an email saying it was canceled because I asked for it to be canceled. I didn't cancel it and I didn't want it canceled. So, I called them and the guy I talked to was really rude. He talked over me when I tried to speak. Turns out, they lied to me. They didn't actually have it in stock like they said. Luckily, I record all my phone calls so they can't argue with what I'm saying. It was a terrible experience that's now going to cost me $1000. I can't get another one shipped in time, so I have to rent one while I wait for my new machine to arrive. I'm buying it from *** instead. They've been around for 20 years and don't have any complaints with the ComplaintsBoard.com. That says something! TMG Industrial lost a customer. I was planning on buying some prefab buildings from them, but I'll find them somewhere else now. They just can't be trusted. I wish I had done more research before ordering online. Buyers, be careful. It's my fault too.

I bought a brand new chipper from an auction that always sells TMG products new and unopened. After getting the chipper and removing all the components from the unopened crate, I found that it contained two tow hitches and no axles. On top of that, their manual calls out the axle in the "what's in the box" page as part# E, but the instruction step number 1 calls it out as Part# F. I contacted TMG and though they packed the wrong items in the box, they required me to buy the axle with shipping for $58 even after telling them I would return the extra tow hitch bar in exchange, they refused. This is a quality or lack thereof issue and I will not buy another TMG product. They stated they don't warranty their products bought via auction even though they auction their product all the time. In fact, this is not a warranty issue but an inspection quality issue which they seem to lack. I did nothing wrong, they packed the wrong parts and now stick me to a for their error. The killer part is the part won't be available to me for 8-10 weeks, so now I have to hire someone to chip the branches from all the trees I just cut down. By the way, the auction will not let you open crates and go through the parts to ensure all is as it should be. So never ever buy a new unopened crated TMG product via auction.

Terrible customer service! I ordered parts for my TMG stump grinder straight from the company in Canada. Looking back, I should've ordered from a third party in the US. I paid for my order in full and almost $50 for shipping. When the delivery date was missed for the second time, I contacted TMG. They gave me the tracking number, but turns out the package was stuck at US Customs. It's been 6 weeks now, and I've made several phone calls and emails to TMG, but they refuse to give me a refund. I let them know that I'm not happy with their service. A TMG employee even said, "I guess my boss will bribe US customs." They also said that my order didn't go out until mid-September due to supply issues. However, when I tracked it, my order arrived at US customs on September 12th. So TMG has my money and the shipping, but after over 6 weeks, I still don't have a refund or the product. I understand that TMG can't control US Customs, but a refund would've made a big difference. I'll make sure to get my money back and share my frustrations on all the social media sites I'm a part of. I've asked to speak with supervisors multiple times and requested their contact information, but they ignore me or say they're not available. TMG's website says free shipping to the US, but they told me that doesn't apply to parts orders. If TMG can't deliver their products to US customers on time, maybe they shouldn't target these customers.

Hey everyone, I recently bought this Tmg-alf90 at an auction. The 4 post hoist is brand new in the box sealed from Tmg. Upon opening it and measuring the specs provided on the box, they don't match. The runway thickness is 4 inches, not 2, and the runways are 1/2' thick, not even close. This lift is on sale for ***. I wouldn't buy this product and I don't even want to use it after doing a lot of research. If you do your homework, you'll find that the lift columns are the smallest width on the market, *** inches by 6'' wide. The runways are also 4' thick, the lowest in the industry. The lift isn't ALI *** and I'm not sure how they came up with the ***lb rating. I contacted TMG and let them know about the incorrect specs and no torque specs provided. I then told them it's a generic Chinese made copycat lift and many have the exact same design for *** or less with castors and jack *** included. If you notice the two tabs on the columns on the bottom, they're for the castors that are on many of the same design lifts. The sales guy told me they have overhead and other places where you have to wait 3 months and it won't be in stock. Such a regret buying this. Anyone looking for a 4 post lift, compare *** 4 post lift and you'll see the differences in quality compared to this lift. Please TMG Industrial, redesign this lift and certify it to the industry standard instead of buying these poorly made Chinese lifts and just doubling the price on them. You have my info from me asking for the torque specs, so you know this is a real review plus the recorded calls. Please make better products. Also, you screen your reviews on your website so low reviews can't be added. Another point is this lift has 15 reviews, but they aren't even for it, they are reviews for other hoists. One can only assume you do this so the product looks better. Let your company be allowed to be reviewed on ***.

I bought a building from TMG that I cannot even put up on my property because it does not have any engineering specs. Nobody at TMG has been helpful in getting me the engineering details for this building and therefore I cannot get a permit. Being that it is being distributed all over North America, surely this building has been inspected by an engineer?

Please phone me *** TMG ordered me a wrong part, didn't use it, and wouldn't give money back.

I bought this big ol' storage thing from TMG Industrial, it was supposed to be all strong and stuff for the snow, you know, Canadian winters and all. Well, guess what? It collapsed like a house of cards the first time it snowed, and we're talkin' just 6 inches of the white stuff. So I reached out to them, hopin' they'd help me out, but nope! They said it ain't got no snow rating, whatever that means, and they're takin' their sweet time with the whole claim process, tryin' to make sure I can't even use my credit card to get my money back. This whole mess has cost me a fortune, man. The shelter itself was over 8 grand, then I had to spend another 5,500 on gettin' the ground ready and puttin' it up. And now, who knows how much I'll have to shell out for cleanin' up the mess and fixin' the equipment that got wrecked inside. I'm tellin' ya, this whole thing has set me back at least 15 to 17 grand. I bought the stupid shelter on September 22, 2022, and it collapsed on December 25, 2022. Can you believe it? What a disaster.

We bought a plate compactor from TMG Industrial. But when it came, it didn't work like they said it would. We reached out to them and sent a video of the compactor not working. They said nothing was wrong with it, even though we tested it next to another one that did work. We kept complaining and asked them to fix it. They told us to send it back so they could check if it was broken. When they got it back, they treated it as a return and charged us a 25% restocking fee. They didn't even test it or ask if we wanted it back.

I didn't get all the parts I needed, and they blamed me for the installation even though I followed the pictures exactly (even the one on the box!). When more pieces ripped easily, they refused to honor the warranty. I even sent them photos showing that the purlins were level, but they ignored me. I placed the order on April 30th, order number ***. Let me give you an example of the problem: the piece "12A" is almost a foot longer than it should be, as shown in the attached instruction picture. On top of that, there are about 10 screws, nuts, bolts, and washers missing, so I can't continue with the setup. There are probably other missing parts, but I'm only 2/3 done, so I can't be certain. Most of the purlins don't line up, and it's been difficult to connect them (some are too short or there's too much of a gap between support struts and ground mounted bars). I have photos to prove it. As instructed, when I tried to pull the fabric over the trusses, two grommets ripped out and damaged the fabric, making it harder to secure the roof properly. This unit weighs over 1100 lbs, and it has taken me 2 days to set up so far. It doesn't even meet the basic requirements of being a shelter. I called and emailed TMG 3 weeks ago, but they haven't replied.

On May 21, 2022 we bought a 20 x 20 animal pen from TMG. We told the guy on the phone that we wanted it for a horse, and he said it should be fine. We paid $6267.50 for it. We put it up in June. On January 27th, 2023 when I went out to feed my animals, I saw that it had fallen down because of the snow. The night before, we had a normal snowfall that wasn't too heavy. I called TMG and they said if I had read the manual, I would have known that it can't handle snow or wind. But the description on their website says it's good for any climate. What if my horse was inside when it collapsed? They said I should have cleared the snow as it fell during the night. That's not realistic. I told them I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it would collapse. They said it's not their problem and there's no warranty. The website said they can't guarantee the structures because they're DIY, but the manual tells you about the snow and wind load. They've added that information to their website now. Eventually, they offered replacement parts at a discounted price of $2402.40. But the full price is only $5500. My order number is ***.

I bought a sawmill from TMG last October and it came messed up during shipping. But after I made a claim, they sent me the broken parts in 2 months. I started using the mill and it worked fine. But in mid-June 2022, the gear that moves the mill head up and down broke, so now the sawmill is useless. I called the warranty department, and they were helpful. I ordered the replacement part, but they told me it would take 2 months. So I waited. At the 2-month mark, I contacted them again, and they said the part is on its way and will be shipped within a week. After a week passed and I didn't get a tracking number, I reached out again. They emailed me back saying the package is still with *** but should be released in a few days. They gave me the *** tracking number. So I started checking *** daily on their app, and there was some movement with the package. But then the app said there was a duty fee to be paid before the item could leave the warehouse. So I contacted TMG again and told them what happened. But since then, they haven't replied to me at all. I don't know what to do anymore, so I'm asking for your help. I have a $6000.00 sawmill that's completely useless without a $22.00 gear to fix it. Please help me.
