I 100% agree with everything people are saying about how BAD the Massage Business Dashboard really is. I am also a user and its been the most painful experience of my life. I will not list out all the issues I've had and support cases logged with no resolution. It would take up an entire book/hard drive to document it all. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this service and Todd Brown's products in general. Its all hype and not results.

Beware his slick video ad that he sends to your email. It sounds like a no-lose situation when he GUARANTEES that you'll get results. It took almost a week to even be able to login to the ChiroDashboard, then the services took another week to actually become available.

His customer service is condescending and not helpful; in fact, one person would say one thing and another something totally different. And although we canceled according to his policy, he NEVER refunded a dime - in fact we had to contest an unauthorized charge to our credit card.

He promises that the ChiroDashboard is search engine friendly, but after a month, our website STILL DIDN'T COME UP ON GOOGLE!

Hey there... sorry to see you re-posting this complaint again - under a different name - more than a year after you posted it to another website. Seems odd. Nonetheless, our reputation speaks for itself. And, the quantity of positive reviews, case studies, testimonials and submissions on our site really speak volumes to how doctors feel about our products and services. http://thechiropracticdashboard.com/index.htm

Hi Todd I'm sorry to tell you that what they write about your poor customer service is totally true. I bought your swipe file for more than $1400 and since it was not accompanied by the transport documents, customs has blocked it. When asking for a refund, I find only excuses that make everything you preach about "Guarantees" now have no credibility. I hope you resolve that part of your business because it is not consistent with your message.

I somehow got on the Todd Brown, Inc. email list and have requested to be off. I continue to get e-mails and there is not an opt-out option on the e-mails. When I go to the website (getmassageclients.com) I cannot find an e-mail address to request removal of my name from their list.

Hey there Todd. I do agree with some complaints, in my experience nobody calls me back or emails me back when I write to the company. I do love the brilliant idea. Would love to see you guys work out the poor customer service, which seems to be the only complaint. or major issue.
