i got these shoes from tommy hilfiger in egypt and they looked great at first. but after i washed them, they faded real bad. i tried to return them but they wouldn't let me. not cool.

I ordered from Tommy Hilfiger on 1/19/2023 and paid, but my order never arrived. I tried calling customer service on Feb 11th and Feb 18th, but couldn't get through due to long wait times. Today, I reported the issue to their live chat and they directed me to another department. When I reached out to that department, they advised me to contact Tommy Hilfiger again. It's all so confusing and I still haven't received what I paid for.

I got my boyf a Tommy hoodie for Xmas. He barely wore it and I washed it only a few times. The collar stitching ripped, which was a bummer. I hit up Tommy CS with a pic and my order #, asking for a refund or replacement since it was defective. They said no dice cuz of their policy. Lame policy, Tommy! They didn't back up their faulty product and I'm super bummed about the product and their crappy CS.

I got 6 bath towels from Tommy Hilfiger on their website and at the mall. My husband spent $100 on them. We washed them but the stains didn't come out and they ripped easily. We are recovering from covid and are on oxygen and social security disability. The towels were too small for us. We want new towels in a different color and updated style because these are old. We don't like white. We tried to complain but no one responded. We want our money back too. Thanks.

I bought 3 shirts from Tommy Hilfiger outlet in Edinburg, IN last Monday for $77. They were for my friend's birthday. I gave them to him yesterday and he tried them on. They were too big, so I went to the outlet mall today to exchange them. The employee said they couldn't exchange them because they were used, but they were only tried on. I explained this to them, but they still refused to exchange them. I had to buy the shirts again. It's not fair because if you try on clothes in the store, they shouldn't force you to keep them. The shirts were brand new, never used, just tried on.

I got some stuff from Tommy Hilfiger's website, but they messed up my order. The Style #: TT07356 was wrong, but everything else was right. I hope they fix it quick before it's all gone. I was supposed to get a whole suit with drawstring pants in size 40 American. I got the TH FLEX SLIM FIT SHORT Style Number: TT07000 in Khaki, size 40, for $51.00 after discounts. I also got the Slim Fit TH Flex Washable Suit Style Number: TT07356 in Desert Sky, size 40, for $318.00 after discounts. And I got the Slim Fit TH Flex Hooded Blazer Style Number: TT06977 in Dusty Brown, size 40, for $191.99 after discounts. My order total was $560.99, but I saved $381.94. They said my order might be delayed because of COVID-19, but they'll let me know when it ships.

I bought a backpack from Tommy Hilfiger's new collaboration and was excited because I admire him. My order number was #1234 and it cost me $433.68. But it never arrived! The tracking indicated delivery on September 2nd, yet I was at work, verifiable by my train ticket. I searched thoroughly, even reviewed camera footage, to no avail. Contacting Tommy Hilfiger, I spoke with a representative who was unhelpful, citing a past issue as a reason for no assistance. They directed me to the courier, who claimed the package was lost and advised contacting the shipper. Further attempts to communicate with Tommy Hilfiger resulted in being ignored. This is unacceptable, and I demand a refund or I will consider further actions. The customer service has been unjust.
