These shoes are just not worth it, I wouldn't even give them one star. The quality is terrible, it's like wearing paper on your feet. And to make matters worse, the inserts come out completely! I've never had a pair of flats where the inserts come out like that. It's just ridiculous.

He explained that they get the shoes from different producers in different countries, which could explain why each pair is so different. However, these are not fingerprints or snowflakes, they should not each be uniquely different. They are canvas fabric cut from a template, sewn together, and glued to an uncomfortable sole. These shoes are made on an assembly line, not handcrafted by individual artists without any grids or measurements.
I highly recommend trying Bob's by Sketchers instead. They are extremely consistent in sizing (all of my Bobs are size 7) and they have taken the time to engineer a comfortable and ergonomic footbed. Don't waste your time and money on Toms shoes, go for a brand that values consistency and comfort.

I received no useful help from TOMS. Both orders arrived at the same time, far too late. I spoke to Customer [protected]@ TOMS who promised the resolution I required, but then received an email from TOMS contradicting what Customer Services had just agreed.
In case TOMS attempts the tactic of not finding my order, I have recorded my order numbers. I am left with two payments out-of-pocket and considerable time wasted. My own experience and my personal view is one of a failing service (to the level of being actually offensive), of an inflexible process-led approach, and of risible and crass incompetence. I reflect the comments of others that TOMS do not make their returns policy clear enough. My experience suggests to me that TOMS are content to take your money and when they fail, they have left me, the paying customer, to do all the work for them - totally unacceptable and certainly not accepted.
You can see through 13 pages on TRUSTPILOT that all pages contain similarly serious complaints. It appears to me that the evidence makes it reasonable to infer that there are serious systemic and endemic problems with TOMS customer care. From my experience, I have come to seriously doubt the ethical branding and to wonder if it is merely Virtue signalling and ?ethics-washing'?.

It's really sad to say this, but I think it's best to avoid TOMS Shoes. They're no longer unique, and there are other companies out there that offer just as good shoes, but with better customer care.
Poor Quality and Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with TOMS Shoes
I bought a pair of TOMS shoes from a store and was excited to wear them. However, after only a few wears, the uppers started to come apart. It was so bad that I couldn't even wear them anymore. The soles were still in great condition, but the uppers were a mess. I reached out to TOMS to see if they could help me out, but they told me that since I didn't have an order number, there was nothing they could do. They suggested that I go back to the store where I bought them. I was really disappointed with their lack of customer service. It seemed like they didn't care at all about the quality of their product or the satisfaction of their customers. I won't be buying anything from TOMS again. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
My order was sent to wrong address
I placed an order two weeks ago and just received an email from toms.com giving me a tracking number and showing my order was being sent to an address I had 5 years ago, even though I ordered online this summer and that order was sent to my correct address. Not sure why they went back in time and chose to send this order to an old address. They won't refund my money until I find out if it was delivered. Not sure how I would find that out since I don't live there. Very frustrating.

Torn after 15 days of use

I bought a show from Toms in Dubai and after 15 days ago. from Mall of the Emirates
After using it only 3 times, i have noticed it a cut as shown in the photo attached.
I did not expect such a quality for Toms as this is my first time wearing Toms.

Absolutely shocking customer service. The straps on a pair of sandals I bought started ripping after I had worn the shoes three times.
I asked for a refund. The company agreed that there was a design fault. Instead of giving me the refund I asked to they sent a second pair of sandals out to me. I had to organise for them to be returned. I asked for a refund again. They gave me store credit. I asked for a refund again.
Finally, they organised to pay for a refund and assured it would be there in 3-4 working days. It has been 15 working days. When I contacted them they told me to go to my bank and query with the bank why the refund had not come through.
I cannot believe the amount of trouble they are making for me to get a refund on a faulty product. This is completely unacceptable.
Absolutely shocking disregard for their customers. I am never buying anything from them again and will strongly advise my friends to do the same.

I have tried to contact Toms over the past 2-3 years with regard to shoes that I have returned but have not received the proper credit for.
I returned 3 pairs of shoes in one box, and only received $89.00. Each and every Toms customer service representative, say that they only received one pair of shoes - which is total [censored].
I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and unless this matter can be settled in its entirety, I will file an Application against Toms in a Court of Law.
I have tried on many occasions to contact Toms regarding this matter and the only reason why I've not proceeded to an action in court is because I've been in Australia studying a masters. However, I will be returning in the next few months.
So if this cannot be settled in the next few months, I will take this further
Toms "claims" to help people with donating shoes, but it seems it is to the detriment of customers. You cannot steak from customers.
So please I ask, can this be settled before I take a legal action.

Following two emails not responded to and three phone calls all telling me they will refund within three days which has not happened, I phoned again yesterday. Having been kept on hold for a long time I was finally told that a manager (I wasn't allowed to speak to a manager) was in the finance department trying to organise immediate repayment and would call me back. I did not receive a call.
Obviously I would like this money returned. They were quick to take it when I bought the shoes. They have received the returned ones and now not returning money they owe me. They have the shoes and the payment.
I have no idea how to take this further for resolution as Toms customer service is obstructive and ineffective.

I'm from Portugal and need ti know the right number for customer services from TOM's shoes for my country.
I've bought my first pair of this brand recently for my son and on the first day he used them the fabric became damaged on the tip but only on the right foot.
Is clearly a quality control issue. The store does not accept as a deffect and I honestly am desapointed.
I bought them on the Extreme Store in Forum Sintra shopping center.

I recently wore my new Toms Majorca heels and believe I may have a defaulted shoe. I wore them for about 8 hours and the fabric in the right shoe is coming up. I had no problem with the left. The seam in the right shoe on the top rubbed a huge blister on my toe. I paid about $90 for the shoes and I am a little disappointed that they have done this.

I placed an on line order in November and there was a problem with my order and email and the items had to be returned. I could not do so on line because they had my email incorrect. After placing 3 phone calls and being placed on hold for over 45 minutes each time I was finally able to get them to send me a return shipping label. I returned my items using there return label and waited for my credit. After 30 days I still had not received my credit. I have the UPS tracking slip showing my item was returned, but they are denying they received it and refuse to give me a refund. Now I do not have the item and I am also out the $85 I paid for them. And basically Toms is telling me "TO BAD".
