The auto care super save sold by top gun promotions is a scam. They are door to door salesman pretending to be in college selling great deals for auto care. THIS IS A SCAM! The top gun promotions collects 80.00 for every card they sell and the shop gets nothing. Hmmm. sounds pretty dumb to me. I bought one and the shop told me they stopped taking them over a year ago. I called my credit card company and the CC company gave me a credit and charged back these criminals.
What a bunch of fricken losers that go door to door selling something they might have 2.00 dollars in for 80 bucks. Ripoff!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Many thousands of service centers have trusted Top Gun Promotions to their direct marketing campaigns over the last 21 years. The claim that the Auto Care Super Saver Program is anything but legitamate and forthright is entirely false.
We have hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers ... many who are repeat customers year after year. Any successful business with 1000' s of new customers weekly is bound to come across a few individuals with concerns that need to be addressed. We are keenly aware that an unsatisfied customer is a customer no more. We welcome both suggestions and dialogue.
We owe much of our success to the helpful suggestions and conversations with customers over the years. Close interaction with our customers and attention to their changing needs has allowed the Auto Care Super Saver Program to evolve into the MARKETING POWERHOUSE that shop owners and customers have come to trust over the last three decades.
Econonomic times are hard enough without false accusations from competitors and mal-intentioned people who are hell bent on dispariging our good reputation! The Auto Care Super Saver's are easy to use and worth every penny. We even assist customers in locating new service centers when they move to a new city.
Whenever you read such outrageous allegations ... consider the source and be mindful that one who would throw stones from a computer keyboard likely has an agenda ... an agenda to sell you on a reason to distrust. Such an agenda is dangerous because it requires no proof of their claims.
Trust in the silent masses of satisfied customers before falling victim to the dispariging claim of a few.
Why would someone purposely try to damage a companies reputation? That is a question we will never know the answer to because dialogue is not possible in these types of forums. I have to believe this is exactly what these individuals seek (zero Dialogue). "Bullies" get enjoyment from throwing stones ... then ducking beneath their desk with an evil grin on their face.
Proof is in the "pudding". We have been stomping the pavement for ourselves, for shop owners, and for our customers for the last 21 years and business has never been better!
During this economic down turn the Super Saver Program has flourished offering savings to customers ... marketing solutions for shop owners ... and employment for the masses of individuals affected by layoffs and cutbacks.
We will continue to LOOK ahead and enjoy another 21 years of future success!
**** Warning ****
The internet is an information super highway. However it can also be used as a MIS- information superhighway. Don't allow a couple of annoying "potholes" on this super highway to discourage your trust in Top Gun Promotions.
Our intention is to get the REAL message out!

You spelled economic wrong. [censored].
This program is a complete SCAM, After not being able to use the plan at the store I called to cancel and all I got was a voice mail day after day after day.. I stop payment of the check and did not hear anything else from them UNTIL.. I got a letter in the mail that Top Gun Promotions had sent me to collections Procollect.. What a bunch of *%^%*( when I had already returned the card and canceled the service plan... DON'T BUY THIS PLAN OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT COMES TO YOUR DOOR..
i love top gun promotions! and anyone that doesnt like it is ridiculous! i have saved alot of money and will continue to save money with this program. so to anyone that is stupid enough to turn down this offer shouldnt have a car in the first place!
Obviously this idiot is a disgruntled competitor of Top Gun Promotions. Top Gun Promotions sells 1, 000's of Super Savers per week and this guy and one other were the only ones that had a problem the last 20+ years. This guy somehow knew who are company was when the sales rep came to the door? Sounds like a good fish story. Oh, by the way our website is www.AutoCareSuperSaver.com, its been there for 10 years.
They have a generic response to all complaints. If you Google them and note all responses you will see that someone just goes on and post the same answer over and over.
i checked out their website, yeah, half of the links dont go anywhere. I agree, complete and total scam!
Check out the Better Business Bureau ranking in Austin and Dallas, Texas. They cannot be contacted. We were sold a card and given false information. All we have is an email address where the employee of Top Gun refuses to give me his name and states that Texas law prevents him from giving me a refund. The AAMCO they sold a card for has expressed that they will not do business with them again.
They scam their own employees!
TOP GUN PROMOTIONS is a SCAM. Do not buy from them, ever. They sell cards but will not give refunds when the businesses decline to do the work stated on the card. Again, DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS.
Auto care super saver sold me a package to there national tire and battery shop and it exceeded all my expectations! So I'm not really sure what all u people r complaining about .. Apparently u didn't follow the simple instructions ur salesman told u to call for an appointment and they get u in and out really quick ...! So maybe y'all should learn how to follow simple instructions !
Signed autocaresupersaver customer for life !
Second that. Bought my card on Livingsocial.com. Got the card in the mail, then tried to use it at the Aamco shop listed. Aamco told me they were no longer honoring the super saver cards. Tried to call Top Gun, found no way to contact a person. I could only leave a message. The phone number points you to a website where you can enter a complaint or question, however it just bounced back to my email as undeliverable. Next I contacted livingsocial.com. They apologized for the problems and returned my money. So, no they did not meet my expectations. It was not a matter of not following instructions. Something happened between top gun and Aamco. Funny thing is you can still buy these cards on the supersaver website, even though Aamco has refused to honor them. That seems wrong to me. I'm glad I got it through livingsocial.com!
