I received 3 wigs which were unfortunately were poor quality, not the colour I was expecting and a poor fit.
I emailed to ask for a full refund and a return form.
I have been met with unsatisfactory replies.
As a customer I am quite within my rights to ask for a refund as I am not happy with the products I received.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and due to having a medical condition where I wear wigs everyday I have been put in a position where I cannot afford to order new ones until I have been refunded.
