I received absolutely no response from Toronto Catholic District School Board and Board Director concerned my multiple concerns about disruptive & highly inappropriate behaviors of a few James Cardinal Mcguigan Catholic High School student groups in a nearby public library. I share my original email communications addressing to TCDSB & the Board Director, of Jan 30/23 & April 4/24 as follows

''I reported some concerns to TCDSB on Dec 14/23 & never received any proper response for over six weeks. I wonder if this is all normal practice of TCDSB relaying communications with the public.''

''Dear Director Browne (TCDSB),

May I request that you direct my concerns to the proper person as TCDSB NEVER ANSWER MY COMPLAINTS FOR OVER THREE & A HALF MONTHS.

I FOUND THIS QUITE UNACCEPTABLE & IRRESPONSIBLE.

EVEN YOUR ORGANIZATION HAS NO CONCERNS OVER MY PERSONAL & DIRECT EXPERIENCE WITH SOME OF YOUR STUDENTS & SCHOOL PERSONNEL, ISN'T IT ONLY PROPER & APPROPRIATE TO PROVIDE ME WITH YOUR EXPLANATION INSTEAD OF IGNORING MY CONTACTS?

Thank you for your assistance & attention to this matter ''

Another hopeless & quite irresponsible huge bureaucracy funded by our tax dollars. Like students, like Board!

In my many years dealings with Yorkwoods Service Manager Young Lark Jin, I cannot recall even one time that he was able to address my concern properly in a timely fashion. Young Lark Jin would do useless, indifferent bureaucratic talks, drag, ignore , blame me not to shut up like most other unsatisfied library users, hope me just go away & stop bothering him or even lie to me. He conned me to share much personal information with him when I was explaining to him in person the extend & importance of library computers to me when library internet was not restored at all for unreasonable time, he '' promised'' me to get back to me the same afternoon after I offered my phone number to him. Not only I failed to hear back from him, Young Lark Jin also did not answered my calls or responded to my messages. When I indicated in my last voice to Young Lark Jin that I could contact their IT people if he gave me their contact information. Again, no response from Young Lark Jin. In another personal encounter, Young Lark Jin lost the document with my Toronto Public Library account & other personal information right after I handed it to him moments ago. This sunshine list library service manager seems to care nothing about library users' personal privacy & confidential information & treat our personal information as garbage that he would pay no attention to as it is not his own. The ONLY public toilet bowl in men's washroom of the pre-renovation Yorkwoods library broke down for MONTHS with NO REPLACEMENT. When I was complaining about this hugely inappropriate & inhumane situation, Young Lark Jin basically said they were waiting for the same specific toilet model. Excuse me! How would you like to have waited MONTHS to replace your own non-working home /office toilet bowl BECAUSE THERE WAS ONLY ONE MODEL FOR REPLACEMENT ! SUCH INCOMPETENT BUREAUCRAT WHO SEEMS TO CARE ONLY HOW HE COULD REMAIN & GET HIGHER ON THE SUNSHINE LIST & PERFORMS I DO NOT KNOW WHAT SATISFACTORY LIBRARY SERVICES, AT LEAST TO ME PERSONALLY !
