Went in to purchase Hi-Tec sneakers. One person standing behind the till that did not pay any attention to me. Rather to his phone. I went up to him after checking the shoe size without any assistance.
He then disappeared and shouted out a name. Enter a woman (Yolanda) with her mouth full of food, oily hands. No acknowledgement at all. Rang up the shoes and some socks, singing to the music that was playing and licking her fingers. packaged my goods with those oily hands. I paid and lft. NEVER will I put my foot into that shop again.
And TS wonders why they are not busy.
Desired outcome: Id appreciate a response from Total Sport.
