Township@ Clifton Wichita Kansas review: Management harassment

To whom this may concern... My dad lives in the township @ Clifton mobile home park in Wichita, KS... And has lived there for 28 years or do, and I've seen management come and go... But this is one of the worse management I've seen in the years my dad has lived here. For one, there are potholes all over the streets and there hasn't been any attempt to get them fixed. Management worried about vehicles parked in the driveway that ain't working... Now that, when it's getting out of context... There was a woman rape in the mobile home park a few days ago and the streets need to be fixed and these managers are worried about car parked in the mobile home park driveways. Ever since Jose been here, the park is turning into a ghetto... He just not the person that they need in here... Because the lady before him keep this place up... And their mobile home that they moved in here that been a month or more since anything was done to them got caution tape flying all over the place, it just a horrible sight to see. And he listens to ppl and acts on hearsay... So I'm just going to say this one time and one time only. If you don't talk with him about the way he's doing things in this mobile home park that we pay rent for every month and then pay to get the streets fixed... You guys raise the lot of rent every year, trust me I know because my dad lives here before half these ppl were born... He needs to be removed from his position effective immediately or demoted because he already failed at managing the park... If not, I'm going to get 30 plus signature and have him remove... We as the community and tenants of this park are tired of the way it ran and the way the park is going... To [censored], not trying to be rude... And if nothing done in a promptly time I will get a hold of Ross Partirich myself through legal counsel I'm not the one who complained but this stuff got to stop and it starts at the top of the list thank you and hope something done in a timely manner or I will do what needed to get it resolved with me and the resident here in the community...
