Toys Car Land review: Online purchase

Good day,

I made an online purchase with a company TOYS CAR LAND advertising on Facebook. After reading the terms and conditions I made the purchase. No delivery. I have tried contacting with no joy. Assessing my bank account to ensure payment had gone through I noticed payment made to a company called TIMEYES, com. Another company called SHOCKDEAL247, com also extracted 2 payments. Both not mentioned in terms and conditions. I first contacted SHOCKDEAL - apparently it is for a membership which I have now cancelled.

Today I contacted TIMEYES who payment was made for the purchase to find out about delivery, They have no Idea who TOY CAR LAND is,?

A lady named Mariela assisted me. No luck there,

Then I contacted SHOCKDEAL who also extracted payment from the same purchase, Surprise, same assistant Mariela was online to assist, This time she has not replied to my queries. Both assist chats from 2 different websites have the exact same format.

Something not right here.

How can I investigate these 3 websites
