I had my flight cancelled by the airline due to Covid. I contacted my agent Adam on 17th March when the government first put in place a travel ban. He informed me I'd have to wait for the airline to cancel my flight, which they did. Not once has my agent contacted me regarding cancellations or refunds, I have been the one to email or call him, to which he did not always reply. The first issue was he told me the airline was not giving refunds and I could change the date or have a voucher, I contacted the airline and found this information to be untrue. Second issue was he said I would have to wait between 4-9 months for my refund. And the third is after writing the company a bad review on google my agent Adam called my to complain about it. Still haven't heard anything and still waiting on a refund
I’m not sure if this response from Travel House is legit.
This is the first form of contact from them since 2020. They have not contacted me regarding a refund nor have I received the refund.
