I filed with the BBB about a month ago. Trexis answered and admitted they owed me $47 but I never received the check. Said they sent it in May 2024. This is September almost. They can clearly see the check (if they sent it) was not cashed
South western ins told them to send to my current address in AL. 345 shade crest dr. Eastaboga AL. 36260 but they sent elsewhere. All this info was given to the BBB and to Trexis. They Just keep ignoring me. Guess I will file with consumers affair and the insurance commission. This is ridiculous!
