I parked my car on August 30 2024 at
462 Morden Rd, Oakville, ON L6K 3T2 Parking lot to go to the washroom for 15 min. (1:30-1:45).
I came back found my car towed by this Philly’s towing and forced me to pay $262 and walk 1.2KM to their location. Where is the law? Where is the police in this scam!
It is public parking and I parked only for 15 minutes only.
They said, they saw me walking towards a Muslim mosque! Is this a crime? Or put me at fault to tow my car after 10 min of parking my car?
Claimed loss: $262 plus 2 hours wasted
