Triton Air in our local area is the epitome of excellence in customer service all the way from 3 years ago when they replaced our old heating furnace with a brand new Lennox unit to now with a service call with John, their technician. Four days ago our heater wouldn't go on and with temperatures in the low 40's most mornings lately we were hoping it wouldn't take too long to fix it. Well, lo and behold, John had it fixed in about an hour! Triton is definitely a company that deserves your trust, give them a call for any heating and A/C needs you may have.

What can I tell you - these people are GREAT! They take the time to answer all questions so you understand the options. This allows you to make much better decisions for long term happiness & comfort. Installation went so smoothly. The crew is friendly, knowledgeable, clean up & respectful. They listen to requests & will implement requests (adjust position of ducting is an example). Follow up & answering additional questions after the installation was phenomenal. Triton Air gets a FIVE out of FIVE STARS from us. To be clear - we highly recommend Triton Air!

Triton Air serviced our heating unit, which is an unusual kind relying on a water boiling system. The service representative knew what to do and all went well. Courteous and thorough. I recommend them.

they finished the job on time however, within 28 days of the job completion, they offered higher rebate on their product. When I asked then to honor the difference in rebate they are bouncing me back and forth with inconsistent responses.

Will did a great job. We appreciated the time he took to check our HVAC equipment, filter and thermostat. His explanation of the semi annual service was very informative and we joined the plan. He is an excellent ambassador of your firm.

Do not use Triton Air. Even with the Costco Discount, they were a few thousand more on new installs. Stay away from John J. I signed a contract with them and had to cancel after I looked at there local competitors and the other quoted saved me a few thousand dollars.

Triton installed our Lennox HVAC System in mid 2019. No problems with the installation at all. We have continued to use Triton for semi-annual maintenance of the equipment. Their service Reps. do a thorough inspection of interior and exterior components of the system. Several of their service people have visited us since 2019 and all appear knowledgeable and professional. We expect to continue our relationship with Triton going forward.

Triton Air is a fantastic professional, fine communicator and spectacular representative of Honeywell. Today he completed the replacement of our Honeywell controller board installed in FEB 2021 with a Harmony controller board, to facilitate better control of fan speed and air volume in each zone. Triton Air REALLY cares and dedicated his time to ensure a full understanding of our needs and a complete adjustment of system controls to perfectly accomplish our needs! On a scale of 1 to 10, Triton Air is an 11!
