I signed up for Truckstop.com back at the beginning of January and paid over $300 for their services for a broker company I run. On Feb 2, 2022 I called and cancelled so they wouldnt charge my account again, I even got a cancelation feedback email from Stacy in Customer Service. The next dat Feb 3, 2022 I called and talked to Pam and she submitted a refund request and told me they would call me back, they never did call back. I just got the same run around on Feb 8, 2022.
Desired outcome: Please refund and please respond
