Very disrespectful manger and stuff
Hi I'm felentia Lacour I was trying to get a separating paper I called last week before the new year I was told I could get it from a Manger I called back on today's date and the Manger was very unprofessional and very rude I'm mean very rude this happened at the Shreveport la branch . Deceitful practices/criminal tax form behavior
My name is Dylan SAMPOGNARO and I've been an employee with people ready for a year and a half now, never had issues with office employees or tax forms until the Springdale AR branch.
They insisted they needed me to provide tax forms other offices have respectfully recognized my right to refuse and also told me how to put information on form 1-9 which is specified at the top I don't need to do, threatening to remove me from jobs until I comply they're offensive practices, insulting my intellect and due diligence in the process.

Hi Mrs. Destinie, either someone at your office is giving me incorrect information or my pay check is incorrect.
The other day I showed up for work but the customer cancel the job. I was told by Stephanie that I only get two hours mandatory pay just for Showing up for work?
Yesterday, I worked at my job, laying iron and clearing debris for my job assignment. Today you also giving me only two hours of pay, different situations.
I was told earlier by Mrs Stephanie that if I actually worked at the job but the customer sends me early that I will receive the 4 hour minimum pay!
There are two options:
1) Show up 2 hrs pay
2) Work for 1 2 3 hrs etc 4 hrs pay
Desired outcome: I want my four hours of minimum pay
True Blue Rewards
I signed up for the Jetblue card at a time they were offering 80000 bonus points and $250 towards your first flight and pay the $99 annual fee and meet the spending amount. All of which I did. I never received the points I was owed and they are now telling me that I never signed up for that program. Their system syas I signed up for 15000 points. Thats npt the program that was out when I signed UP! Thir rep said that program was the exact time I got my card and I know what I signed up for! So basically, I did what I was supposed to do and they now won't give me what is due. Their promotions are a scam! Once I pay this card off, I'm canceling it. They are untrustworty! I should've gotten my United card like I started to in the first place.

72 hours and I still have not been paid from thursday
This company beside having terrible customer service doesnt pay when suppose to. I did a job Thursday of last week. It is now Sunday and I havent been paid yet. I contacted Shaffon (Pennsauken branch) whom I have had previously communicated with about my pay on Friday and was told for the first time that the customer has 48 hours to pay. That was never discussed or made aware prior to that date, which should be in the paperwork that i had to sign in order to start working for this company. I couldnt even take another job because I wasnt paid for the previous job. Gas and the cost of living isnt cheap but to try to make ends meet with this company wont ever happen. People just dont care anymore and I find this appalling! I wouldnt continue to work for this company if they paid me before I did the job. Utterly disgusting and very unprofessional, people just dont give a crap anymore. I just want me pay and I am so done with this company. I will NEVER work for your disgraceful, unprofessional, unorganized company again after I get whats owed to me.
Nothing about this company is professional, I would NOT recommend to anyone and I am reporting this company to anyone that will listen because obviously True Blue doesnt care about people, we are just a number.
When I called to work for this company again, I had to apologize for saying thanks for not helping me because this company doesn't accommodate people that work full time and are looking to supplement their incomes. I HATE dealing with black people who think they have a little power and when it comes to business. They dont know how to talk to people and their attitudes stink because they know if we are calling we need the income. Disgraceful!

My complaint is about a branch, manager who has done wrong to another fellow employee
On a return from a dispatched work ticket this ticket was a long duration work order ticket. But it was during christmas time. 2021 year i have waited so long because i was so shocked as well as disbelivable about what had happen. So any way as well as confiring with my attorneys on what to do about this situation. Hers the incident. Iwas givin a 2 month long assignment with lodging. But it was 200 miles from my home. Anyway i completed the assignment with high praise from the company high praise. Anyway i came home two days early because i had a emergency call from my live in room mate so after 2 complete months i came home to tend to my problem. As i reported the next day after getting home to the branch office the new branch manager after repremanding me about call the office before i left the place of work . She then did not like my ok chuckle or laugh she dnr me nationaly so i left the office . Little did shye know that i have 32 years with rtrue blue off and on with two times regional employee of the year award for exellence as well as every job iv ever done for clients and true blue ive always been praised by the client 90 percent of the time i wont give any names for its to early in the process that i and my attorneys will do everything i and we can to resove this before we are forced to make a more than complaint i will truly file a civil law suit so im not going to give a name but this manager works at the fargo, north dakota branch.

True blue (part of jet blue airlines)
my husband and i planned a flight from Boston to Orlando Flordia to see my grandson's high school baseball week. Jet Blue is always my first airline to check, it is our favorite. Well the cost was very high for a 3 hour flight, $2,200.oo plus my 76,000 points. I thought that i would book a hotel and car rental and be able to use the points for that. I called and talked to a rep. that said that True Blue does not cover rental at this site. When I paid the $99.00 to get the points, there is no mention that only some car rental sites will be acceptable. I fell this should have been explained upfront when a person applies for your card and services .I am very upset that i have points that True Blue is not honoring. I followed guidelines and combined a car rental and hotel, but was turned down. This is very upsetting, I must have tried to talk at least 10 people to apply for the $99.00 card, now I hope they didn't don't want them to be a victim of a company that is not up front with their offers.

My name is Brandy Moore. I work at Cabela's DC in Tooele Utah. Last week there was 2 checks that were deposited into my checking account. They second one was pulled out before I could use any of it and there were no transactions pending. So this week I looked in my checking account and noticed that there was only $5.69 in there. I have the notification on staff track that it would be pulled back out. I thought that the check they pulled would be in the account since we get paid every week. The second check was supposed to be for last week. Payroll messed it up now I have to suffer and my utilities will be shut off. Which means my food will ruin and everyone will get sick and that's another bill. I don't like making promises to pay on a certain date and then I can't pay it. My check is supposed to be $407.77. Yes, I'm a little upset. How would you feel if this happened to you. I want my full check in my account. I called HR and left a message and no one has returned my call as of yet.

Lost baggage - failure of person I reported to
In November 5, 2022 I flew from Logan (Boston) to SFO. Although I checked and tagged my bag at the kiosk correctly, my bag went to Heathrow, not SFO.
I arrived at SFO at 1:30 am on November 6, 2022. When the bag didn’t show I I spoke with Jet Blue employee Nicole who was on the lost baggage desk. She grudgingly gave me a form to fill out, but did not keep a copy herself (she gave me the white “station file” copy, nor did she enter the information into the computer.
When I called later I spoke with a woman named Sandra. She informed me there was no record of the issue on the computer and tole me the number is CBAB692512195. The tag number is [protected]. She also said that if Nicole had entered the info into Jet Blue’s computer the bag could have gotten on a flight from London to SFO the following day but it was now too late.
I live 4 hours from SFO so it’s a real hassle for me to drive down and back. I need to know when the bag is coming in, and I need it ASAP as my car key is in it. I had to pay for another week of long term parking because of this totally preventable screw up, not to mention the cost of transportation to get home as I need to be at work tomorrow.
I’ve been a true blue member for quite a long time, but this is a total fail - first with the bag going to London, then the poor customer service by Nicole. She should not be in a customer service role if that’s the level of care and commitment she exhibits.
Finally, when I tried the customer portal I got a message that I would get a response within 30 days. Not acceptable in ANY way.

I suffer from mental health issues and I have a problem losing my things including my debit cards and phones , I have lost my wissely card 5 times this month I admit it . I apologize for this , I try my best but I can’t help it sometimes . The Lowell office has now refused to give me a new card and now I’m unable to get my money off the card . Non Payment or Inaccurate Pay
I work with the Chattanooga, TN branch and have been having issues for a couple months. The problems started when I picked up a ticket and they incorrectly stated the address. After driving to the location, it was showing as the people ready office. I called multiple times and days after trying to show up every day and click I’ve arrived, but no one is ever in office to answer the phone. They never attempted to call back I had to call constantly or call other branches for any results. After about a week or two I was finally able to reach someone. Jessica (PR employee) let me know they would not be paying me because she was able to look the location up. She is rude, incompetent, and constantly refuses to pay me for whatever reason she can come up with that day. The only thing they were able to let me know is that they are not able to pay me because they messed up the address and were not able to be contacted. I let that go, and I accepted a ticket for another job. The gentleman that created the ticket does not properly create them. He wanted specific workers, but refuses to put their names on the ticket. However, me not knowing and people ready not doing their job I picked up the ticket for a week. And maybe he’s a good paying client, but they basically refused to pay me my allotted 4 hour show up time because he didn’t want me but someone else on the ticket. Jessica seems to be the only person in office and has refused on more than one occasion to allow me to speak to a manager or even give her my message after I’ve called. This morning I’ve tried calling the office over 15 times and no answer. I was told I was supposed to be rerouted if there was no answer, but of course they ask for a voicemail in which they’ll never return so there’s no point in leaving one. I hope Peopleready of Chattanooga is NOT an accurate reflection of the company TrueBlue because they are tarnishing your name. I hope you guess figure it out and don’t brush it under the rug much like Chattanooga chooses to do. I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FROM JOB YESTERDAY ALSO. Which is the only reason I’ve been calling them and the employer has ALREADY emailed Jessica. But of course Jessica refuses to do the job she’s paid to do.
Desired outcome: I would like to be properly compensated for my work. (Ie yesterday) I would like for your employees to do the job their paid do or get new employees.

I use their app called Job Stack to accept work but then I get taken off the ticket. It has happened twice now. The first time was Sisco of San Francisco which was for $22 per hour starting Feb. 10th to now M-f and the second was at 6767 E Main St., in Stockton CA for a construction company for $33.80 per hour working today, 2/14/22 and 2/15/22. This needs to stop-whatever the reason. It's not fair to put a job out there and I accept the assignment and make plans and arrangements only to have it cancelled. If I agree to the ticket and you cancel it then pay me as if I showed up. Because I would have.
