Truffoire review: I'd give zero stars if possible

I was convinced to buy their VIP package in a weak moment on vacation in Kailua-Kona. Their salespeople, MJ and Lucas, seemed extremely nice. They invited me back the next day for (the worst) facial of my life. I think the person who had to stand in had never given a facial in their life. Now I have all these products and a "promise" from Lucas to send email with instructions. I've sent numerous texts and emails, asking for product usage info and have received no response. Don't buy this product. I'm disgusted by their lack of customer service and many of the products are HEAVILY scented and hard to use. I've contacted Truffiore customer service who ALSO says they cannot help me. Ridiculous, especially for the money I spent. A total rip-off. Don't buy.
