I bought two new TruTech TV/DVD's last year for my kids at Christmas, and one of them just went out...And from the sounds and video problems with the other one, it looks like it wont last for this Christmas...So instead of getting my kids a tv last year, I'm going to have to buy TWO MORE this year for them...I really wish Target or the company Trutech would give us new tv's since the ones we bought last year did not even last a year...This is so poor for business, and really puts a strain on our budget we had for Christmas this year...I barely had enough to get them what thet wanted, but now I'm not going to be able to get what they wanted for Christmas because I'm going to have to buy them new tv's for this year...

I bought my Trutech television from target November 2005 and it broke less than 2 years.
After only having the television for less than 2 years, the TV just died out. The stand by light blinks but the TV will not come on. I am very disappointed in this product (purchased from Target on "Black Friday"). Wouldn't advise anyone to purchase this product the life span is less than two years. Total waste of money! Expected more.
My wife bought the Trutech 7" portable DVD player to use on a couple of long flights we were taking this year. If you want to skip ahead to a new chapter or program, you can only do this by using the remote. However the battery that came with the remote did not even last the first trip. Worst product ever. Please stay away from this product, even if it means spending more, because at least you will get something that works properly.
Bought this on special during the holiday season and thought the deal was too good to be true. It turns out I was right. Not long after my 90 days were up, the picture messed up and the DVD player quit working. (Will not even open). I tried to contact TruTech and tried going through Target. I have not gotten any resolution and am very dissatisfied with both brands.
My Husband & I brought a 26 inch flat screened trutec/dvd tv for our bedroom a year & a half ago, works lousy.
pictured dark, contrast bright neon red even with adjustment. DVD player makes all sorts of grinding irratating noises, not pleased with it at all. The best is a Vizio as far as we are concerened with prices.
Don't invest any $$ in this Trutec product. waste of $$$
and no results.
I have an Tru Tech T512 MP3 player.

I have yet to find an answer as to how I am suppose to load music on my daughter's MP3 player. I have tried to go to there website and that is no help either. She spent her birthday money on this MP3 player and it has never worked. I guess lesson learner, we should have spent the extra $20 and bought the ipod shuffle insted...
