We received an electricity bill from Tswhane, which does not state any electricity but instead shows over R6000 of Miscellaneous Charges? We sold the property in January of 2023, paid the settlement levy for Tshwane. Now in May we receive this bill for what reason? The property is not even our name, but our details is still on the bill? The new residents of the property does have their details registered and are receiving a bill for this property. Why is their Miscellaneous Charges? Please provide a valid reason for this.
