TSN PC APP is total GARBAGE!!!

PC App Almost Always Crashes with a few minutes or laps to go, once again, I missed the last 5 lap's of todays NASCAR Indy race! It's not worth the stress and aggravation, especially when I'm watching on a brand new $8000 Gaming computer with fiber optic gigabit internet on Cat 8! I'm canceling at end of this NASCAR season, and finding a new source!

TSN Americans commentating during CFL pre-season game national anthem

I was watching the Ottawa/Montreal pre-season game and during the national anthem, two commentators (who are from the U.S) continued to speak and comment about pregame stuff. I realize it's a pre-season game but to see them continue to talk like they don't care was disheartening to see. If we were in the U.S, would they do the same? I highly doubt it. I'm not sure if they were doing what they were told to do (production pressure) but please have some respect for our national anthem and give it the same respect you would for the American national anthem.

Thanks

TSN Russia flag

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine international sports bodies have allowed Russian athletes to compete as independent athletes without the flag or anthem. Why does TSN continue to list Russian athletes with a Russian flag when listing upcoming matches on the website and app. Seems to me that the athlete should be listed without the flag until the terrible war is over

TSN Misleading NBA Playoffs Live Stream from TSN: A Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Support and No Refund

As a recent consumer of TSN's online services, I must say that I was quite disappointed with what I experienced. Initially, I was excited to see the option to 'Watch NBA Playoffs Live' on their website - what basketball enthusiast wouldn't be? So, I accepted their offer and paid the necessary fees, only to find out that they only streamed a fraction of all the NBA playoff games.

I felt misled and cheated, like I had fallen for a 'bait and switch' tactic. It was frustrating to say the least. When I called their customer support to express my concerns, all they could do was quote their terms and conditions, which were buried deep in the fine print. I wondered to myself, why didn't they include this information more prominently so that consumers know exactly what they are getting into before making any payment?

To add insult to injury, they refused to give me any refund even though I was unsatisfied with their services. I was shocked to find out that this seems to be a common issue among other TSN consumers, and it made me question the integrity and ethics of this company entirely.

In conclusion, TSN's online services did not meet my expectations at all and I would not recommend anyone to use them. I believe they need to be more transparent with their customers and provide full disclosure of their services so that consumers can make informed decisions. It's unfortunate that they have such poor consumer reviews, but given my experience, I can see why.

TSN TSN's Bias Towards Toronto-Based Teams: A Frustrating Trend in Sports Coverage

As someone who's been tuning into TSN for quite some time now, I can't help but notice an overwhelming bias towards Toronto-based teams. Whenever the Leafs win, it seems like the entire segment is dedicated to planning their parade route. If they lose, the commentators are quick to make excuses for the team instead of giving credit to the opposing team's skill and talent.

Additionally, I've noticed an excessive amount of coverage on what Toronto players do on their days off. While it's great to see these players as regular people outside of their sport, it feels like a bit much. And don't even get me started on the Raptors coach with his arms out or Leafs players chewing on their mouthpieces while the camera stays fixated on them, leaving viewers to wonder who they're playing against!

It's blatantly obvious that TSN has a bias towards Toronto teams, and it's becoming quite difficult to watch. It's frustrating to think that some deserving teams are probably not getting the coverage they deserve because TSN is too busy fawning over Toronto. As someone who wants to see a fair and balanced perspective in sports coverage, it's discouraging to witness such clear favoritism. I hope that TSN can start to give equal attention to all teams, regardless of their location or popularity. Otherwise, they may continue to lose viewers who seek a more unbiased perspective.

TSN TSN Direct Review: Terrible Experience and No Refunds Offered

TSN direct has been receiving some negative reviews lately, with some individuals expressing their dissatisfaction with the services provided. One reviewer had a terrible experience and regrets paying for the service. The reviewer states that they were deceived about the content on offer, which was a huge disappointment since they were hoping to catch some NHL and MLB action on the platform. However, upon searching for the said content, the reviewer found nothing and decided to cancel their subscription and request a refund. To their surprise, TSN direct does not offer refunds, which led to a frustrating experience where they had to haggle with the terrible customer service team for almost a month.

Despite the customer service team promising to look into the situation, they still haven't responded to the reviewer's follow up emails concerning the situation. This experience was by far the worst they have ever had, and overall, they would advise others not to waste their money on this platform since it represents garbage. If you're thinking of subscribing to TSN direct, ensure that you do your research beforehand and confirm with the platform what content is on offer. By doing this, you can avoid the regret that comes with subscribing to a service that doesn't meet your expectations.

TSN TSN's Lack of Transparency with Exclusive Channels - Disappointing for Cord-Cutters & Streaming Fans

As someone who doesn't have access to traditional TV providers such as Bell or Cogeco, I rely heavily on internet streaming services to access my favorite shows and sports events. Specifically, the NFL playoffs are the only football games I watch, and to my disappointment, the last two weeks of playoffs were only available on CTV2 - a channel exclusive to those who have a TV provider.

My confusion only increases when I consult the internet and find that TSN allegedly holds the Canadian rights to NASCAR, and yet, the last two weeks of the event were only shown on CTV2. I can't help but wonder if CTV has been acquired by TSN - a move that was never announced to viewers.

In an effort to gain clarity on the matter, I called TSN's customer service helpline. I was pleasantly surprised to have my call answered immediately, yet my joy was short-lived. The representative I spoke to disappointingly referred to NASCAR as a "game" and was unable to provide me with any explanation as to why the event wasn't shown on TSN.

Feeling frustrated and running out of options, I drafted an email to TSN's customer service team four days ago, hoping for a clearer response. Yet, I'm still waiting on an answer.

Overall, I feel extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication from TSN and its affiliated channels. In the age of technology, it shouldn't be this hard to access content that we're entitled to without jumping through hoops and encountering communication barriers.

TSN My Experience with TSN Subscription: What You Need to Know Before Subscribing

If you're considering subscribing to TSN, there are a few things you should know. First and foremost, their subscription options can be a bit confusing, so make sure to read everything carefully before committing. Unfortunately, I learned this lesson the hard way.

I was enticed by the promise of being able to stream NBA, NHL, NFL, and other sports with a monthly subscription, and I eagerly signed up. However, when I tried to watch a Toronto Raptors game on the app, I was disappointed to find that not all of their games are available for live streaming. This was a major letdown for me, as I had specifically chosen this subscription for the purpose of watching Raptors games.

To make matters worse, I had already paid $22.99 for the month, which was a significant amount of money for me as a university student. I immediately cancelled my subscription, but unfortunately, TSN wouldn't issue a refund because it's a prepaid service. This felt like a real slap in the face, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the entire experience.

I want to be clear that I'm not saying TSN is a bad service overall. In fact, I know plenty of people who have been really happy with it. However, I do think it's important to know what you're getting into before you hit the subscribe button. Take the time to read all of the descriptions and fine print, and make sure you're getting exactly what you want. And if you're a Raptors fan specifically, just be aware that not all of their games will be available for live streaming through TSN.

Ultimately, I wish I had done more research before committing to this service. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can help others avoid making the same mistake I did.

TSN Disappointing Experience with TSN - Lacks Variety and Live Games

Upon visiting TSN (tsn.ca) and using their services, we were quite disappointed. Similar to another review on this site, we too hoped for a wide variety of sports and teams to choose from. However, we were met with a constant stream of uninteresting reruns, unimportant analysis, and a frustrating lack of live games.

One of the most disappointing aspects of this service is the fact that they seem to only provide the cheapest broadcast options when it comes to football. Even when there are better match-ups to choose from, we were left to watch the Jets lose every other week.

We would strongly advise against using this service, even if it's just for the 1-month trial. As a matter of fact, we purchased a 1-year subscription and are left hoping that hockey season will offer better options. We cannot emphasize enough how little TSN delivers on their claims of providing a variety of sports and teams. It appears that, as Donnie said, it's all fake news.

All in all, if you're looking for a quality streaming service to get your sports fix, we recommend looking elsewhere. TSN's offering seems shallow and underwhelming, and you will likely end up feeling like you've wasted your money.

TSN TSN's lackluster golf coverage is disappointing and subpar

Unfortunately, I must say that the golf coverage on TSN (tsn.ca) was far from ideal. As someone who watches a lot of golf, I was disappointed to see such lackluster broadcasting during an event of this caliber. It's unacceptable for a network like TSN to deliver such a subpar product, and they should be embarrassed.

Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of the coverage was the limited number of groups that were shown on the final day. With such a strong field of competitors, one would expect to see a wide variety of players on the screen. However, that was not the case, leaving viewers feeling unsatisfied and let down.

In addition to the lack of variety in the groups shown, the announcers also left something to be desired. Their constant discussion of Sheffer's caddy Ted Scott was tedious, to say the least. While Scott is undoubtedly a talented caddy, hearing about him repeatedly throughout the broadcast was unnecessary. Furthermore, the amount of dead air time only added to the frustration of viewers.

When it comes to the vocabulary used by the announcers, one can't help but feel like they could have done better. Instead of using the same tired phrases repeatedly, such as "the patrons," they could have switched things up by using other terms like "fans" or "gallery." After all, the announcers are employed as color commentators, and as such, they should be adding depth and color to the broadcast.

Overall, I was disappointed in the coverage provided by TSN. The network charged a premium price for this service, and in return, delivered a product that was sparse in content and frequently fell short in terms of quality. For these reasons, I would not advise anyone to subscribe to this service, as it is not worth the cost. I would even go so far as to rate this coverage as a zero, if only that were an option.

TSN Bell TSN Streaming App Review: Lacking Major Features & Overpriced Compared to Sportsnet

I wanted to share my experience using TSN (tsn.ca), a streaming app that I purchased primarily to watch Raptors games. Before purchasing TSN, I had already tried Sportsnet streaming app for months, but I found it to be lacking and nothing special. However, to my surprise, TSN was far worse than Sportsnet.

My wife and I often cannot stay up late for a game and prefer to watch them the next morning on Sportsnet. We value the feature that allows us to watch games that we missed. Alternatively, we can start a game an hour late and restart it on the Sportsnet app. Unfortunately, none of this is possible on Bell TSN.

Bell TSN lacks all the functionalities that we've come to expect in streaming apps. It is like going back to 1995 TV service before PVR's. We cannot pause, rewind, or watch a missed game at a later date on TSN, and for 25% more money than Sportsnet, we receive far less service. Bell TSN's lack of concern for their customers is typical of them. It is frustrating that we are not able to re-watch the game or even pause it. Bell needs to step up and provide better service to their customers.

I am not alone in my frustration with Bell TSN. I have found that Sportsnet is a far better option than Bell TSN. Bell charges 25% more than Sportsnet, but provides far less service. What's worse, Bell is too cheap to permit users to cast the game on their Firestick. Instead, we have to use our Xbox, which is a pain.

For those who are unaware, it's worth noting that TSN pays for half the Raptors games, and Sportsnet pays for the other half. If you are choosing between the two, I would highly recommend choosing Sportsnet over Bell TSN. With Sportsnet, you can expect better service, the ability to watch games you missed, and the ability to watch games on any compatible streaming device.

TSN TSN Direct Review: False Advertising and Poor Customer Service - Don't Waste Your Money

I recently looked into cutting the cable and streaming sports packages, and stumbled upon TSN Direct. Excited by the hundreds of sports events that were advertised to be streamable through my smart TV, I decided to give it a try and subscribed to the $99 deal. However, my experience with TSN Direct fell completely short of my expectations.

To start, there was a lack of transparency when it came to what events were actually going to be broadcasted. The marketing claim boasted about being the best, yet the site only offered a "Subscribe Now" link without a glimpse of what would be available. Despite the lack of specifics, I took the bait and purchased the subscription, only to realize that the service was much less impressive than it was made out to be.

Firstly, TSN Direct only supports Samsung smartphones, leaving my Sony smart TV completely unsupported. This was a major inconvenience for me and my family, as we could not watch TV without my phone being around to cast it. Unlike other streaming services such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Sportsnet, DAZN, etc., TSN Direct's limitations left us feeling frustrated and unable to use the service to its full potential.

Secondly, TSN Direct did not have any of the events I was interested in. When I made my purchase, I was looking forward to watching Champions League soccer and NHL playoffs. However, neither of these games were available, and the "streamable events" were exactly the same as what I could get on my regular cable subscription. This was entirely pointless and not at all as advertised. As a result, I found myself gravitating towards other services such as SportsNet Now and DAZN, which both supported any android TV and had superior services.

To add insult to injury, TSN Direct's customer service was incredibly disappointing. Every email was met with a vague "we'll pass the feedback on", and when I challenged their claims about false advertising and the inability to stream their content, they dismissed it without any acknowledgement. Additionally, there was no offer of a refund despite the fact that their service was not as advertised. It was a complete waste of my hard-earned money, and when I asked to cancel my account and receive a refund, they simply repeated their "no refunds" policy and stopped responding to my emails altogether.

It was an extremely frustrating experience that left me feeling scammed and unappreciated as a customer. However, after the intervention of the Better Business Bureau, I was finally able to receive a refund. In conclusion, I would not recommend TSN Direct and would encourage anyone looking for a streaming sports package to look elsewhere.

TSN TSN Direct's Refund Policy: A Nightmare Experience for Sports Fans

Tuned Sports Network (TSN) is a popular online streaming website that provides its users with a convenient way to keep up to date with their favorite sports events. However, our recent experience with TSN Direct has been nothing short of a nightmare. It all started when our daughter, who is usually based in Canada, had to travel to California during the Christmas break. Being a huge hockey fan, she was excited to find out that Canada and the US were in the World Junior Hockey Championship final. However, all her attempts to watch the game from California were fruitless as TSN had all the broadcasting rights.

We suggested to our daughter to try obtaining a one-day subscription to TSN Direct to watch the game. She paid the required fee, but when she tried to log in to watch the game, she received a message saying that she couldn't watch it from her location. We immediately contacted TSN Direct requesting a refund of the fee our daughter paid. Unfortunately, we received no response from the company after almost two weeks of waiting.

We eventually tracked down a phone number for TSN and requested to speak to someone regarding the issue. After a long wait, we finally connected with a representative who informed us that there would be no refunds for the subscription our daughter had paid for. We were furious, and our disappointment only grew when we learned that the supervisor was supposedly unavailable when we requested to speak to them.

Thankfully, a manager eventually called us back about an hour later. However, their response was disappointing and unsatisfactory. They told us that our daughter was not entitled to a refund since TSN Direct doesn't offer them. This was a very frustrating experience. Our daughter paid for a service that was unavailable, and it was only after trying to access the game that she discovered this. Despite her having paid the fee, TSN Direct was still unwilling to provide a refund.

This experience has left us feeling very disappointed with TSN Direct's customer service. We believe that they need to do the right thing and provide refunds in cases where their service is inaccessible despite payment. It is unfair for customers to have to pay for something they can't use, and TSN Direct needs to address this issue. It is imperative that everyone knows how TSN treats their customers, and we hope that Hockey Canada, as well as other decision-makers and stakeholders, can take note of the negative experiences some customers have encountered while using TSN Direct.

Their video App does not scrub, it has some weird fast forward logic. They don't have NFL replays at all. And when you cancel, and you will, they will not refund the unused portion of your subscription.

TSN TSN 2 Blackout Disrupts Akron WTA Finals Coverage: A Dedicated Sports Fan's Review

As a sports fan and dedicated follower of key events and competitions, I decided to subscribe to TSN 1 to 5 via Rogers Cable. My aim was to keep updated with the latest sports news, games and tournaments on the go. Recently, I was particularly excited about TSN's daily coverage of the Akron WTA finals from Nov 10 to Nov 17. What a treat it was to be able to witness the incredible skill, athleticism and passion of some of the world's leading tennis stars, all from the comfort of my own home!

However, my enthusiasm and excitement came to a sudden halt yesterday evening (Nov 16 9.30 pm) when, to my great disappointment, I found TSN2 blocked with the message, "The Scheduled Program Is Not Available In Your Region." Seriously, what was going on? Why had TSN blocked this particular program and not informed its subscribers? As someone who is always on the lookout for the best sporting events and coverage, I found this highly frustrating and disappointing.

Although I must say that overall, my experience with TSN has been quite positive, I couldn't help but feel a little let down by this recent turn of events. As a loyal subscriber, I hope that TSN will take into consideration the concerns of its viewers and work towards providing a seamless and uninterrupted viewing experience for all. With so many exciting sports events taking place all around the world, we should be able to access reliable and high-quality coverage from trusted sources like TSN, without any unnecessary hurdles or obstacles.

TSN TSN: Lacking Quality Programming and Engaging Commentary for Sports Fans

As someone who loves sports and all that comes with it, it's always frustrating to come across poor quality programming and lackluster commentary. And unfortunately, TSN (tsn.ca) seems to be guilty of both. Many of the sportscasters sound like they are just reading from a script, lacking any genuine enthusiasm or insightful observations about the games they are covering. It's as if they are automated zombies spewing brain-dead narratives, leaving the audience feeling disconnected from the sports they love.

Furthermore, the programming on TSN often falls short. At times, it can feel like third-rate content at best. Considering the network's reputation, it's a pity that they are not putting more effort into making engaging, thought-provoking content. It seems that they are just trying to fill airtime with anything they can get their hands on, rather than taking the time to carefully curate programming that will truly entertain and inform their audience.

One major issue that people have with TSN is the lack of audience participation. If viewers could comment on video or written articles, it would be a game-changer. In fact, people with actual knowledge of sports would be able to offer insightful commentary and analysis that would add depth and value to the network's programming. Instead, the network relies on their own team of commentators and analysts, who often offer opinions and insights that do little to inform or challenge the audience. Ultimately, this insults a person's intelligence, leading to disengagement and disenchantment with TSN as a whole.

In conclusion, while TSN may have its moments, it is clear that they are not reaching their full potential. It's time for the network to invest in better programming, more engaging commentary, and greater audience participation. Only then will they truly be able to appeal to sports fans who care about quality content and thoughtful analysis.

TSN Misleading TSN Subscription Policy: No Refund for Partial Accounts. Read the Fine Print Before Signing Up

I recently signed up for TSN (tsn.ca) in order to enjoy some live sporting events. However, I was disappointed to find out that they only air certain events exclusively within Canada. Before signing up, TSN did provide me with a list of events that they broadcast, but they failed to mention that not all of them were available internationally. I decided to cancel my subscription immediately upon realizing this.

However, when I reached out to TSN to request a refund, I was met with an unsatisfactory response. Apparently, they do not offer refunds for partially used accounts, even if you haven't used a single second after signing up. This policy seemed like total BS to me, especially considering that I was misled by the information provided on their website.

Overall, I was quite disappointed by my experience with TSN. I believe that they could do a better job of communicating their limitations to potential customers, and should be more accommodating when it comes to refunds. If you're considering signing up for TSN, be sure to read the fine print before committing.

TSN TSN.ca Technical Difficulties and Poor Customer Service: An Avid Hockey Fan's Review

As an avid hockey fan, I was excited to sign up for TSN.ca in order to catch all the live streams of the World Junior games. However, my experience was quickly soured when I encountered technical difficulties while watching the Russia/Sui game on December 27th. In the middle of the game, the screen suddenly went blank and a message informed me that the content was restricted in my area. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated.

After attempting to find a solution on my own, I decided to reach out to TSN for assistance. Unfortunately, the toll-free number provided was unresponsive and I was unable to get through to customer service. Even worse, their "contact us" page was less than helpful and provided me with no useful information or resources to resolve the problem.

As someone who genuinely appreciates the content and services provided by sports networks like TSN, it is disheartening to encounter such poor customer service and technical issues. I have been a loyal fan and customer for many years now, so it's truly disappointing to experience such a negative interaction with their platform. I would love to continue utilizing their services in the future, but they must address these issues and provide better support for their users.

TSN Unbalanced Scheduling and Disappointing Coverage: My Experience with TSN Sports Network

My experience with TSN has proven to be far from exceptional. Although the network holds potential with its range of sports programming, I was left underwhelmed and disappointed with their coverage. My most notable issue centers around their unbalanced scheduling. I tuned in with eagerness to watch UFC fights at a scheduled 6 p.m. start time on TSN, only to be thoroughly let down when the network continued to show golf long after the two hours had passed. Being a fan of a sport, I understand the frustration that arises when your chosen event is bumped for another game or match; however, there is no excuse for an inaccurate schedule.

I find it hard to believe that TSN deems golf more worthy of airtime than UFC fights. Furthermore, I regard the sport as monotonous rather than boring. It begs the question - how can such a slow-paced game with little action even qualify as a sport? My personal preference would be to watch exciting and intense contests, such as the UFC fights, more frequently on TSN.

As a viewer of TSN, I was left confused and disheartened, and it's unfortunate because I had high hopes for the network. I believe that TSN's scheduling inconsistencies need to be addressed promptly if they wish to keep viewers tuned in. Particularly if they are competing against well-established networks such as ESPN who provide reliable programming. Overall, I found TSN to be a poor network who need to make adjustments to their schedule and prioritize broadcasting the events their viewers crave to see.

TSN TSN Review: A Disappointing Streaming Experience for Sports Fans

I recently subscribed to TSN, hoping to catch all the latest sports action and live games. Unfortunately, my experience with the platform has been far from satisfactory. To begin with, I often find that the game I am looking for is not available for streaming. This was the case with the Poland game, for which I could not find any links to watch. In contrast, TSN offered four links to watch the Spain vs Slovakia game. This lack of consistency in streaming options was disappointing and frustrating.

Moreover, when I do manage to find a stream, I have faced issues with them not working. This has happened on multiple occasions, leading me to doubt the reliability of the service. Additionally, the passwords for my account are incredibly secure, which is commendable from a security standpoint. However, this also means that I have to change my password every single time I log in, which can be a hassle.

All in all, my experience with TSN has been underwhelming, to say the least. In my personal opinion, TSN is the worst streaming service I've used, and I don't recommend it to anyone. It is simply not worth the money. In fact, I would go so far as to say that TSN is pure trash. As a sports fan who values high-quality services and smooth streaming experiences, I find TSN to fall short.

TSN TSN Subscription Review: Buyer Beware - Fine Print Woes and Poor Customer Service

I must admit, my experience with TSN has been less than ideal. As an avid hockey fan, I decided to subscribe to their service for a six-month period to catch all the action of my home team, the Maple Leafs. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, and I feel like I've wasted both my time and hard-earned money.

Out of the five games I was hoping to watch, I could only watch one. After hours of waiting on hold, I finally reached customer service to inquire about the issue. To my surprise, they informed me that it was in their fine print policy that I should have read thoroughly before subscribing. Additionally, they also mentioned that there was no option for cancellation or refund of my subscription fee.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to escalate the issue and speak to their boss, but that too proved to be a waste of time. The treatment I received was nothing short of bullying, which left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

Overall, while I can't quite term TSN as a scam, I would advise potential subscribers to tread carefully and read all the fine print before parting with their money. It's understandable that some services may face challenges that affect their delivery, but it's unacceptable to treat paying customers poorly and leave them feeling like they've been cheated.

TSN Disappointing Lack of Major Game Coverage and Unreliable Service: My TSN Review

As someone who subscribes to TSN, I must say I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of coverage for major games such as the NFC and AFC games. These games are so crucial to football fans all around the world and it's really frustrating not being able to live stream them on TSN direct. Instead, the platform directs you to CTV link which requires a cable subscription, something I do not have.

Furthermore, being a resident of Edmonton, it's also disappointing that TSN does not always show Oilers games live. As a fan, I'm really interested in watching the Oil's every move, and it's not pleasant to miss out just because of TSN's unreliable service.

Lastly, their mobile application leaves a lot to be desired. It's not user-friendly and lags horribly. It's actually very irritating to navigate and find something interesting to watch. I feel like I've wasted my hard-earned money on subscribing to TSN. I hope the company can improve its services for the benefit of all of its customers.

TSN TSN Streaming Service Review: Disappointing Lack of Broadcast Rights for Major Sporting Events

As an avid sports fan, I was excited to sign up for TSN's streaming service in order to watch my favorite games and teams. However, I was disappointed to discover that the service did not include some of the biggest sporting events of the year, such as championship or play off games. Having paid a significant amount for a 6-month subscription, I had assumed that I would have access to all the necessary games. But lo and behold, when I tried to tune in for the NFL championship game between the Bills and the Chiefs, I was met with a black screen and a message indicating that TSN did not possess the broadcast rights for that particular event.

Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and upset. I had been looking forward to this game for weeks and had assumed that my subscription would cover it. However, as it turns out, TSN was simply too cheap to fork out the money required for the broadcast rights. To make matters worse, when I contacted their customer service team to request a refund for my subscription, I was told that I should have read the fine print in their Terms & Conditions. As if that was helpful in any way!

Overall, I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with TSN's streaming service. While they certainly do have a good selection of sports programming available, the fact that they don't have the broadcast rights for some of the biggest events of the year is a major downside. For anyone considering signing up for TSN's streaming service, I would strongly advise you to read the fine print carefully and make sure that you will have access to the games and events that are most important to you. Otherwise, you may find yourself out of luck and out of pocket for a service that doesn't deliver on its promises.

TSN Poor Customer Service and Difficult Cancellation Process: My Experience with TSN

I recently had an experience with TSN that left a sour taste in my mouth. I wanted to watch the World Juniors and decided to order TSN to access the games. The process of ordering was straightforward and I was able to watch all the games I wanted with ease. However, when I wanted to cancel my subscription online, I found the process to be extremely difficult. Despite my efforts, TSN kept billing me, and it wasn't until I contacted customer service that they finally agreed to cancel my subscription.

To make matters worse, TSN still billed me for another month, despite the fact that I had cancelled my subscription. When I questioned this, their response was less than satisfactory: "It's prepaid and there's nothing we can do." I was extremely frustrated to hear this, especially when I hadn't gotten any use out of the service for the month they charged me.

In my opinion, this is unacceptable. If TSN is going to advertise a service, they should stand behind it and provide excellent customer service. Refunding my payment, even if it was only $20, would have shown me that they value me as a customer. Instead, their lackluster response has left me feeling undervalued and unimportant.

In conclusion, I would caution anyone considering using TSN to think twice before doing so. If you run into any issues or need to cancel your subscription, be prepared for a difficult process and lackluster customer service. It's unfortunate that TSN operates in this way, but until they take their customers' needs seriously, they'll continue to lose business.
