I placed the order for the Makita LB1200 Electric Band Saw, total cost ฿25,893, a month ago on 27 October 2022. When the package arrived, I inspected it. The outer shipping box was pristine. He paid the driver. But the shipping box was not the Makita box. When I opened the shipping box, I found the Makita carton inside, crushed. I opened it and the new band saw was crushed as well. He contacted both Shopee and the Seller, TTR Store, in good faith, sent pictures and all the rest. In the meantime, she used her lies to run out the clock on the Shopee 7 day return period so she could get my money with Shopee out of the picture.
Somebody along the way smashed the Makita carton, then hid the smashed box inside another box — a CORRUPT act). She promised a new saw, but she won’t send it. Now I have neither my money nor the saw for which I paid! He trusted the Seller and the Shopee time ran out. Your Seller did this quite deliberately so she could get her hands on my money? I asker again just an hour ago and she said again that damaged saw is under repair. I bought a new saw... not a broken one.
That saw is a precision instrument. Nobody in his right mind would ever pay full price for a saw that has been smashed and repaired. The alignment on the repaired will never be quite right again. It is junk.
Desired outcome: Total refund or gauranteed a 100% brand new saw ASAP.
