TV Parts Company took my money and never sent me the part I ordered. I had to change my credit card number because of these crooks. They told me the owner died, but that was two months ago and I still haven't received anything. They even gave me a fake tracking number from some sketchy website. Don't trust these scammers!

Order number R704845697 was placed on July 9. The company indicated that the order was shipped on July 13. On July 14, I received a notification stating that the package had been delivered to an incorrect location, despite the company having my correct address in North Carolina, which they confirmed. I immediately contacted them to report the issue.
By July 16, when I requested an update, their response was 'not yet. they hadn't received the parts back.' I pointed out that their website listed two more units of the same product and suggested they ship one of those to me instead. However, I received no reply to this suggestion or to three subsequent messages.
Whenever I attempt to call their customer service number, I am met with an unhelpful recorded message. Following the call, I receive an automated text message stating, 'owner died of covid. I will ship but order comes from China and takes 4 weeks.' This message is problematic for several reasons, not least of which is the fact that the parts are advertised as shipping from a different location.
They have yet to refund the $131 or send the parts that I am owed.
I have been trying to get a part ordered and paid for from TV PartsCompany, with no resolution. I have called and emailed and get the same canned response - "Owner has died from COVID and they will place the order for him, will take 4 weeks to get from China". I have not received the part. I requested a refund, but there has been no response back. Order number R277278929 was shipped on July 20th. The tracking number provided was not valid. Order # R704845697 on 7/9. They claim to have shipped the order on 7/13. I was notified on 7/14 that the package was delivered to *** even though they have and confirmed my correct address in NC. I notified them immediately. On 7/16 I asked for an update and they said "not yet. they hadnt received the parts back". I told them their website shows 2 more of the same thing and to ship me that. No response to that or 3 subsequent messages. When I call them phone number I get a non-helpful message and then instantly they send a text saying "owner died of covid. I will ship but order comes from China and takes 4 weeks". SO many things wrong with that statement including the parts are supposed to come from ***.They owe me $131 and the parts!
