TV Shop review: no refund or replacement for incorrect delivered items 1

I have dealt with the TV Shop and purchased many items (some expensive and some low priced) over the years. In other words I have been a good long term customer. I recently purchased a 2 for 1 deal for under $30 plus delivery (a teeth whitening product). They sent the incorrect product instead of the one I ordered. They would only accept return less the delivery cost (even though it was their error) and also stated that a re packing cost may be charged. In other words they would not replace the incorrect order with the correct one. Consequently I shall NEVER be using this company again. Just fortunate that it was an item under $30. Be very wary of ordering from this company. DO NOT USE

I expected to receive the correct product in return for sending back the wrong items.
