On the 13th September paid a merchant R2500 from my Tymebank debit card for something he couldn't produce so using same card a refund was done. The next day the R2500 still was not in my account so I logged a query with Tymebank and was told the money would be there in 72 hours. After 72 hours still no money and Tymebank then said 5 days. After 5 days the same process and now it would take 15 days. Today is day 19 and still no money and now I'm being told 35 days! This is impacting me horribly as I cannot repair my car now and I need my car so I can work. Tymebank is the most pathetic bank out that can't be bothered to call back despite messages being sent on all their different means such as more than 10 emails ignored, Facebook messenger ignored, WhatsApp ignored. Standard automated responses on all and nothing further! And when finally I get an agent to answer a phone call she tells me to wait while she calls her supervisor and then cuts me off and now no answer again!
