I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Ubiquity. I've been trying to get in touch with them for a while now, but they just won't pick up the phone or respond to my emails. It's like they don't even care about their customers, you know? And when I finally did get through to someone, they gave me some totally wrong information that just made everything worse. I mean, come on, how hard is it to get things right? Honestly, I'd say you're better off looking elsewhere if you want a company that actually knows what they're doing.

Ubiquity is a website that offers services that are supposed to help you with your financial planning. However, in my experience, their services are not very helpful at all. I had a lot of issues with their implementation team, who didn't seem to know what they were doing. They couldn't even figure out how to convert my plan from another provider to their plan. It was a real headache.

To make matters worse, the sales person I talked to was not very knowledgeable either. They told me that even a one-person company could have a traditional 401k. That's just plain dumb. Everyone knows that you need to have employees to have a 401k plan.
