A few weeks ago I had placed an order in the amount of $212.46, which was eventually cancelled by your company due to a glitch in the online system. That money was initially refunded. But then right after it was refunded your company wrongfully took that very same amount of money back out of my account as if I had placed that same order again. In response to that I called your company and had a conversation with a customer representative and I informed them of my issue in which I was able to show them that they wrongfully took money from my account for that cancelled order after refunding it. I was informed that the money was going to once again be refunded in 3-5 days at which it was supposed to be done. But instead of refunding me back my money your company once again took an additional $212.46 from my credit card which was in my belief fraud because under no circumstances did I place a order for that amount afte it being initially refunded. And so the sum total of the money taken from my account that has yet to be refunded is $424.96 and it's been almost a month since this occured. Your company continues to tell me that it will be refunded in 3-5 days but yet that hasn't happened and Everytime I contact your company y'all continue to gave me some lame [censored] excuse knowing that your at fault and that that money was wrongfully took off my account without authorization. Now whether there was a glitch in your system that prompted that to happen doesn't excuse the fact that it has been almost a month and my money hasn't been refunded in the time frame that your company continues to make and give me. I've gotten to the point in which your giving me no choice but to file a complaint and ultimately file a lawsuit because the money that was taken off my account is money that I need to pay bills as well as put food on my table for me and my family. I made this known to the many customer service representative from your company that I had called and talked to repeatedly. This had gotten way out of hand and something needs to be done. As I stated I understand that the glitch is something that wasn't deliberately committed but at the same time there's no reason why it is taking this long to refund when it didn't take nothing but a few minutes to take. Summing this up I want my money.
