Ordered almost 1 month ago, no response from customer service after numerous attempts. No phone number Ordered item 11/24 in the amount of $139.00 confirmation email was sent and the money was taken from my credit card. Shipping date was December 16, that came and went. I have made several attempts to contact this company and I get no response. The item status says unfulfilled, so then why has my money not been refunded or any type of contact been made to let me know my order is held up or whatever the case may be. I have ordered from them twice before with no issue. Unfortunately my large purchase is the one in limbo.

My order hasn't shipped after almost 20 BUSINESS DAYS! I placed an order on 6/29 for 3 autographed CDs that were available for sale on their website. The payment of $71.34 CLEARED my bank account the next day. The shipping rate is only one option and it's 2 to 3 business days after processing. Processing is stated to be 3 to 4 business days. It is now 7/22 and my order hasn't even shipped! I've tried contacting them by email 3 times! I only received an answer once and it was a generic response about processing taking 3 to 4 business day. Nothing specific about my order and totally ignoring the fact that it had been way over that time frame. I don't know what else to *** to try and get what I paid for. $71.34 is a lot of money considering the current state of the economy and job market. I myself and furloughed but I bought these as a birthday gift for 7/9.

Warned of cancellation if no update by day's end. Reply came 7 days later with another 'looking into it'. As of today, item still listed as available online, suggesting either false availability claims or poor service.

It was listed to ship within 18 to 20 weeks. It shipped later than that and via the carrier's slowest option. It didn't help that the UMG waited a full week between created the shipping label and giving the package to the carrier (per the tracking information). I contacted the carrier. It's Christmas Eve and they can't even give me an estimate of when this Christmas present will arrive. UMG does not have a customer service telephone number. I sent an email about this time sensitive matter yesterday. All I got back was an auto-response that they will respond within 72 hours and if I email them again it will move me to the back of their queue all over again. I sent a tweet and direct messages to their customer service *** account (account bio is "Handling customer service inquiries for UMG stores! DM us with your order info and we will get back to you ASAP!") The next day they sent me a response: send them an email. This hiding and run-around is more like how internet scammers function.

I ordered merch from their online store over five months ago and never received it. I ordered merch from the *** S Online Store on 7/23 order number XXXXXXXX. After waiting four months for my order to ship I reached out to support on 11/05 at ***@umgstores.com and asked for an update. *** with*** Customer Care responded on 11/05 that my items should ship on or around 11/12. On 11/18 I still did not have a shipping update so I reached out to *** at*** again asking for another update. *** responded back with "There's been a delay in receiving this inventory and we're currently working on obtaining an updated shipping timeline for you". On 11/18 I asked to cancel my order immediately. On 11/19 a shipping label was created and Ethan at*** via ***@umgstores.com responded "Unfortunately, your order has already shipped and we are not able to cancel it." "It may take 1-3 days for the tracking to update." As of now, 11/30 the shipping provider *** shipping status reads "Shipper created a label, *** has not received the package yet". They took $93.10 from me, created a fake shipping label and still have not shipped the products to me.

I ordered 2 products on July 30th from UMG and was charged the full amount on the day of the order. My order number was #LOGICXXXXXX and was told my product would ship on October 16. I then received an email on August 27th saying it would be another 4-6 weeks. On November 3 I reached out to them (10 weeks later) and told there was a delay in one of the products and was told I would be updated soon. I then contacted them again on November 23 over 100 days after my original order, and was told no new information, but was offered a refund. I then received a second email directly after saying the refund is not available to me because every item from the store came with a free digital copy so it was non refundable even though it was never used. I had been ignored since the last email and went to their social media where they take complaints. I sent a message to them on 11/23 and received a response yesterday saying they were trying to fulfill orders and I should get information any day now. After being told this for 5 months now, I don't believe it in the slightest. My money has already been taken, I want the products I was charged for, and the company to be held accountable.

Very unhappy and unsatisfied with UMG/. I have sent multiple emails to ask about multiple orders. I keep getting emails back saying "we'll check on that" repetitively. Order #XXXXXXXXX - Many items.(ordered in July) I'd honestly like to be refunded for this order (XXXXXXXXX) which I have requested a refund for MULTIPLE times and been ignored each time because I ordered in July and all of these items were recently restocked on the store but mine never shipped and they were "out of stock" but people I know are ordering them NOW and receiving them so I'd really like a refund as it's a lot of money. I am so disappointed as I wanted these items for Christmas gifts and they are restocked as available but I don't get the items sent to me. I'm very disappointed with how these orders are being handled and ignored. The customer service is terrible and they ignore emails and brush it off. My complaint is with their e-commerce department. I placed an order July 2nd and the order has not shipped. When asked for refund no response On July 2nd,2020 I placed an online order *** for an *** - The *** (Vinyl record) and an *** (Vinyl Record). The shipping on the item stated processing time would be 1-3 business days. On July 9th, I reached out to ***@futreshirts.com and asked if they could provide an update on my order ***. The response I received on July 6th from ***a was "Thanks for reaching out to*** Shirts. I can understand wanting to know when you will receive your order. Orders are processed within 3-4 business days, Monday-Friday beginning the first business day after the order is placed. Based on that your order should ship today or tomorrow!" I reached out to ***@futureshirts.com on July 17th because my order never shipped in the week after I contacted them about the order. The reply I received from ***a this time was :Thanks for your reply. We understand how frustrating this can be. We appreciate your *** as we navigate through these difficult times. As a company that focuses heavily on customer satisfaction, this delay is not taken lightly by any members of our team. Your tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your package is in transit." At this time," If my package does not ship by end of business I would like a full refund in the amount of $54.41 and my order to be cancelled.
