I paid you people $300 on May 3rd, 2014 and I received an Upclick Purchase Confirmation ( # UDBYMYK6), dated October 26, 2014. This is the only document I have received to date and it has absolutely no info that describes the product ;which is being covered, the specifics of the coverage, nor the period of coverage (including the expiration date of coverage). I purchased PDF 2016. I could never open the product. I tried to cancel it, I was told they could not find my account. I contacted a person
the problem was that I told them it was a personal account and the had sold me a professional program. It was canceled and my money was returned. I am still being charged for renewal by reoccurring charges.

I purchase a the above item for 1 year at $ 11 plus when I click it turn out be a total of $ 73 for 3 years much worse it can not be downloaded because the site just can't be reach.
I would like to cancel this order asap.

On [protected] an unauthorized debit line item for $19.00 through Upclick appeared on my checking account statement. It was line itemed against my account's debit card. What's going on? I can't account for this and I have temporarily blocked my debit card.
