To top it off, Joe's latest email basically told me to just sell the scooter myself or give it away if I don't want it (which doesn't help with my refund at all, mind you).
I asked Joe to at least waive some of the fees since it's taken so dang long to get this resolved, but of course he just shut me down. Honestly, the customer service here is just downright terrible. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Upzy.
