but I guess that's just how Upzy rolls. The selection of bikes is pretty good, though, and I was able to find one that I really liked. It arrived quickly and in good condition, which was a relief considering the horror stories I've heard about online ordering.
One thing that bothered me about the process was the lack of communication from Upzy. I received a confirmation email and tracking information, but no updates on when my bike would be arriving. It wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know.
