I have been trying over & over to contact them, but I am getting nowhere. I changed my address but haven't received any issue since issue 47.

I have emailed them numerous times & tried to call but can't get anyone one the phone. I have also tried to go to their website but that doesn't work also.

US Weekly / UsMagazine.com Missing issues

I have not received the last 7 issues of US Magazine. I can not get through to at your phone number for customer service and I've sent 4 emails to your listed customer service email address and all 4 have been returned as undeliverable. I have been a long time customer with three years to go on my subscription. Pease tell me what's going on.

I have repeatedly checked with the post office and they tell me they don't have them.

Desired outcome: I would very much appreciate a response!

US Weekly / UsMagazine.com paid subscription suspended

My US Weekly subscription is paid for through September 2027. I have not received a print issue since January 9, 2023. I checked my account on their website and it indicated that my subscription has been suspended. Why was I not informed and why did they do this? I paid for the magazine and want it to be un-suspended and the following 4 1/2 months worth of issues added to my current subscription!

Desired outcome: Un-suspend my subscription and add the past 4 1/2 months worth of issues added to my current subscription.

Your new online ads that pop up and can only be closed by a bottom that says skip ad which is strategically placed under the iPhone safari bar so you can't click it will soon be the reason I unsubscribe.

i never had any record of that i was being charged for these at all never got a bill or anything at all. but yet in still y'all are trying to charge my debit card which i'm not getting when i don't have no account with this magazine company, & how unprofessional is it that y'all just think that it's o.k. too try too get money off of people who either cancelled or never had no idea that they was even being charged for the magazine's #crazy

US Weekly / UsMagazine.com didn't order anything

I didn't order anything from this company or any other company there trying to charge me for something I didn't order or don't have. The amout there trying to scam me out of is $ 365.75 that I don't owe to any one are company. I will prosecute those that are involved in this scam to the fullest. Im making out a repot as we speak with the lancaster police department right now .So please as soon as you can address this matter. Thanks

US Weekly / UsMagazine.com saying I owe a debt of $274.05 for magazines

received a letter today stating "THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT'. This letter is stating that I owe $274.05 for US Weekly Magazines, I did not order or receive any magazines. The envelope has the address 311 W Third Steet, but the part that you send with the money is PO Box 4133 Woburn, MA [protected]. I believe this is a SCAM. When I tried to explain to the lady when I called that I did not order any magazines by phone or online, she told me to go online and dispute it. When I told her there was not any reason to go online to dispute because I did not order anything she HUNG UP on me.

US Weekly / UsMagazine.com keep getting magazine`s i did not order.

I have called several times 0ver a 2 month period to tell them to stop sending me
us weekly magazine. I did not order them and i do not want them.
Also telamarketers call me every week saying i owe them money and they have my
credit card number, and i am going toget the magazine`s even if i dont want them.
Theses people have gotten nasty with me on the phone. I am fed up.

US Weekly / UsMagazine.com I paid for an unauthorized subscription

I was checking my account through Q-phone and found an unauthorized charge of $84.00 on my credit card with a phone no.and the name US Weekly. The phone #[protected] when dialed gave me the name Magazine service center on an answering machine with no way to contact a live person. Now my checking account is overdrawn and I have no idea how to get my money back.

I received a copy of USWEEKLY late last week, dated August 22, 2016. I do not want it. I did not order it. I am not going to pay for it. I will not pay to get out of a contract that I did not sign. The information shown on the address label is as follows:

I just got my 1st issue of my year subscription. The problem I never ordered or requested it. And contacting someone at US Weekly is impossible. Web site down or not working and then it sends you to another site of a TV channel when you select your time zone. Such a scam. Don't see any money withdrawn, but this is highly suspicious.

whoops, brief Internet outage...

Anyway, how do you prove you didn't order something unintentionally (ie, give premisson), when you are utterly oblivious as to where you are on the Internet?

And last but not least, when you are resolving legitimate problems with the outside world, common decency and self-respect dictate that you use "please" and "thank you, " and address people by name and/or title. Which you would find on the, you know, correct web site!

In no particular order of FAIL:

How did you possibly get through this entire registration process, including e-mail confirmation that would tell you AGAIN this web site is no way related to US Weekly?

Why did you put your full name, street address and telephone number on the open page of a public web site available to anyone on earth with access to a computer?

Premisson is not a word.

Even if this is a mistake by US Weekly (you'd be hard-pressed to prove that you didn't order some

Marketing who work for Smart Shopper Savings plan release by depit card info to other marketing agents. Under the law in Ohio this is a missues of my funds. I want my debit card number removed for the data base list with other comsumers.

US Weekly / UsMagazine.com stopped my subscription but wont pay me back

Hi my name is Jane Ni[censored]ani, i was an avid reader of US weekly magazine, so last november2008 I subscribed on their international subscription site on the internet. soon that nov.26 they already got the full payment for 1 year subscription on my master card(so fast)without any notice to me of when shall i have my first copy.1 month passed and still nothing, so I emailed them of whats going on, and they said ive got a wrong address so(that is so impossible), but they didnt have the responsibility to inform me but still i gave them my address again.then i received my first and last copy on jan.5 2009, i live in hiroshima city and it was addressed on nagoya city, luckily the post office here in japan got my record and sent it to me.and so another 1 month passed and no magazine.I got so pissed off already that i emailed them that if they cannot send me my magazine i just want my money back, they replied to me and said that they cut off my subscription already and i just need to contact my credit card office.2 months passed and i called my credit card company but no money from US weekly had been returned.

Started receiving US weekly magazines and I wish to cancel them immediately. I have tried cancelling for a week now but I cant seem to get anyone to help me with this issue. I also need to know how my information is being used to subscribe if I didnt do it myself.

My daughter subscribes to your magazine shares it with me when she is finished. I was appalled to see a cigarette ad for American Spirit cigarettes in your magazine. This encourages young people to begin smoking and I will not ever buy your magazine until I know that no more ads like this one will appear. My daughter is also going to be canceling her subscription. I suffer from asthma caused by secondhand smoke on aircraft during my 34 year career.
None of my four children smoke and they certainly don't want their children to smoke. Is this ad really worth giving your magazine a bad name?
I have spoken to others about this who were also enraged. Please reconsider no longer having more ads like this cigarette ad in your magazine.

I was mailed a pink Courtesy Notice from Collection Pros stating I owed $365.75 for a unpaid subscription to US Weekly Magazine which I never subscribed to or received, Upon calling the woman who answered said it was already affectiong y credit and to get it off I would need to submitt to her $299.00. Wouldn't give me any further information and was extremeley rude. Told me if I wanted to dispute it go online and follow instructions to file a dispute then hung up on me.

received a collection letter from Collect Pros claiming I own $ 365.75 for subscription to US Weekly magazine Ref # 586015
I have never, ever subscribed to such magazine, I have never ever received any magazine at my address, I have never received any previous bill, I am reporting this allegacion as scam . Therfore I should not be responsible for this bill, this should be investigated and should be errase from my recors .

I received a collection notice that I own $365.75 for a magazine called US Weekly Magazine. I never ordered this magazine and never received any magazines. They say my reference # is 568168. When I tried to go online to dispute this scam and nothing happened. I called the number but you can not speak with anyone either. I seen online that this has happened to many people and they are all making complaints. So I am now complaining to you that this is an unjust scam that needs to be addressed. lease response to my complaint as to how to proceed in this complaint. I received a statement in the mail on 05/21/15 stating I owed $274.05 for a magazine I don't ever read.I have 30 days to respond, I don't get it how they can do this & get away with it, I'm very upset that my name is being used to try & get money. there is a reference # 456519

I was working on homework when I got a phone call from a private number. I answered the call and could tell right away it was a telemarketer. The telemarketer informed me that I had been nominated to be entered into a $10, 000 sweepstakes by my credit card company for being a good customer. He informed me that they credit card companies nominated individuals based on frequency of use, account balances, etc. He then asked me which card I carried, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

Now, the first thing that set off bells, is if I had been nominated, wouldn't he know WHICH company had nominated me?

I figured, no harm in telling him which company, so I told him Visa. He then told me 'Everyone seems to say visa!' and then told me that just for being selected, I would be sent a sterling silver watch with a real diamond in it for free and asked to confirm my mailing address... He gave me an OLD address that is no longer used by me, and hasn't been used for a long time. Which also set off red flags because I had updated all of my information with my bank and credit cards. He also asked my age range, and gender and occupation.

He asked for a current address and I told him I wasn't comfortable giving it, and he said 'Well, not a problem. I'm really leery of telemarketers too. Would you like us to call you back later when you've had time to think?' I told him no and he said that he would put me on the do not call list...

Looked it up and it was a scam.
