I was parked directly in front of the door when I noticed the car hop leigh drop something I then saw the manager Alfonso pick it up and put it right back on the tray off the nasty floor the CarHop Leigh then proceeded to come to my car I then politely let her know that I did not want the item that was picked up off the floor she then turned around and call Alfonso's name as if it was only his fault I hope that this is not a store policy to drop things on the floor pick them up and still give them to customers I was very dissatisfied with my service today June 10 2019 at [protected]
