I bought a chicken biscuit sandwich at the circle k on green springs highway in homewood Alabama once I bite into the sandwich it was really rubbery I looked and saw it wasn't cooked all the way through I called the store because I go to it 6 days a week I know everyone by name I called to make them aware they asked if I wanted a replacement or refund I told them no I just wanted to let them know because if it happened to someone else it may end up bad fast forward today a employee there verbally attacked me and told me I was wrong and it's impossible for it to be uncooked she was very aggressive with her words and body language I told her I still have the sandwich in my fridge and I called to make them Awww not to make a big deal when I could have called and filed a complaint etc she then dismissed me and walked away my tone or posture wasn't aggressive in any manner I kept telling her I have the sandwich still because I knew someone would come about it I just didn't think I get verbally assaulted over something I called to tell them and didn't want anyone to get in trouble but maybe check on the other food to make sure it's okay
