1/3/2025 to 3/27/2025 everyday was filled with contridictions, told to stay off your phones but no one did, they dont greet the customers. Making rules was a joke at work, even management didnt follow her own rules. Management came and went as she pleased, yet we had to stick to the schedule not a minute early or late. Assistant manager would have me put fresh salads in the cooler, even had me make room for them, and tell me they were already paid for and later right them of as bad. This happened on 2 different occasions, thats theft. Manager and assistant manager would steal rolls of trash bags from the store. Everyday the environment was toxic and miniplitive. My manager and assistant man. Did all my journy (vidoes to teach you the rules and policys) for me so I did not learn the rules and policys of circlek, knowing im disabled suffering from ptsd, adhd and had not been in a workplace environment in 15 years, they made that seem normal, everyone ther was doing each others. When circle k wanted to hire me direct, because at the time I was working for a 3 party company that out sourced labor to independent contractors like myself who are in charge of there own responsibilities and work schedule and locations I said ok but under no sercumstances will I run a register because I did not do well in hostile situations. And if they could promise me that I would be doing exactly what I was already doing with the company I was currently working for then I would. She also did my voice review on herself (a yearly performance review of management). They began retaliating against me cause I got along witha girl they were trying to get fired my manger lied on a write up on 1/23/2025 when she decided to rite up the girl she wanted to get rid of. On 1/28/2025 I reached out to the district manager, and voiced all my concerns via text message after talking direct with him. And then I voiced more concerns with the market manager on 2/3/2025 practling begging for them to do something or I would quit, was told to wait so I did and the environment just kept getting worse, and nothing was being done about it. I worked in a all girl store so sexual comments and [censored] slapping was normal in that environment, everyone who worked there was either related directly or said they were. The only two who were not was me and the other lady they did not like so if you got mad or upset or spoke out about anything they would all gang up on you. Working there was the worst experience iv ever had with a company. I finally got myself transfered to a different district and store on 3/13/2025 thinking thank got im finally away from hell. It was affecting my mental health and I was starting to get short and defensive with everyone in that store so much so that I no longer wanted to work with this company anymoree I was placed on leave after I voiced the truth in a group text message about how I felt working there, how she did my voice, how they threw a party when I got the other girl transfered to a better store, how they threw my cat food I brought from home to feed a stray cat away, it was petty small things that were gaslighting and then she would lie about it. I resigned on 3/27/2025 and went back to the company I was with before circlek hired me direct, because I had spoke to my therapist every friday about everything that was going on and we decided that going back was a better fit for me and a healthier choice. The market manager retaliated and slandered my name and got me removed from the platform, never did I have any problems with my performance or any issues with not showing up, every manager iv worked for would tell you that im there best worker and I go above and beyond and that im an asset to there company. Circlek did not address the problems, instead they tried to eliminate them as if they never existed. So nothing has changed. And nothing will ever change if I dont stand up and make change. This company has no value system, you can not retaliate against good employees all because you dont want to deal with the issues head on. This way of doing business needs to change there are others still employed with this company that are being retaliated against everyday, managers, csr, any anyone who has a problem with the way they conduct themselfs.

Claimed loss: im curently loosing money everyday since 4/17/2025 not to mention the staff meetings in attended i was never paid for the tile work i did in the bathroom on 2/5/2025 i fixed 2 tile that were broke and loose and never gor paid for.

Desired outcome: i want change from the top down. i want you to hold those who retaliate against others accountable for there actions!
