filthy dirty store
Trash cans over flowing full, soda fountain trashed, cups empty, trash full, floor is nasty. Coffee area all old lights flashing. Bathroom also dirty, urine on the floor toilet nasty. Products on shelves have been empty for weeks and weeks, Assistant Manager Mashayla Baldwin is rude, the Manager Keith Stalling just stands there does nothing. BEER CAVE. Is OMG looks like a tornado hit it, the Soda doors are mostly empty. This used to be a good clean store. People avoid store #5263 Pickerington, Ohio the local police even say how nasty the store has become...

November 4 2017 I was attempting to get gas at the store in I attempt to pump the gas the nozzle hole at the top came lose and gas spray me in my face and body and got all over my clothes I ran in to the store to inform them what had happen they just stood there looking crazing and I said what happen again and final y the manager said ok we will call someone to fix it my aunt was with me who is a manager at Tom Thumb came in and told them they need to make a incident report about what happen because the gas had got in my eyes that was the only time they even attempt to find out what had really happen I had to have my eyes flush and keep cold compress over my eyes for 24 hrs but my clothes was completely destroyed I have been trying to call all day and no one return my calls or is it you don't care about people complaints I will never buy gas again there those were some of the rides people I have ever met ocean spring store 2723461
bad gas
Nov 1st I got off work and stopped at the Circle K on Camp Creek Pkwy for gas. I put $10 in my tank on pump 1. I live literally 2 traffic lights away. By the time I got home to park, my vehicle started sputtering and clucking and it just cut off. I haven't been able to crank or move my vehicle since. It ran just fine before I got that gas. My repairs are costing me close to $300.
Unless you have a mechanic confirm it, you cannot prove that the gasoline caused your car to break down. It may have just been a coincidence.
You may want to try calling the location directly and asking if they've had other reports of car issues after filling at that station. If it truly was the gasoline, your car would not be the only vehicle experiencing issues.
customer service; coffee machines
Every morning I stop by the Circle K on Sunset Road (5018 Sunset rd) for coffee. It is usually a very pleasant experience and the customer service reps (at least day during the week) are very pleasant and helpful. This morning when I went in for coffee none of the five machines had any coffee in them and the cashier was talking on the phone. I informed her (as did another customer) that they were empty and her response was: I'll have to brew some more. However, she made no attempt to do so and continued to talk on the phone as she rang up customers. It was obvious that this was a personal call and she was on her cell phone. I was very disappointed with the service and upset that I was not able to get my usual morning coffee.
The store is actually located in Charlotte, NC; not Iowa.
gas is barely pumping
Tonight, for my third time, the gas is pumping at about one tenth speed. On another day, it stopped completely. People are waiting in long car lines, unaware that they will have another long wait, once they start pumping. I had to stop after 10 minute and one 8th of a tank. As an Uber driver, losing an hour to get gas is bad business. The workers claim that this happens to all station, when the weather gets cold and that experts can not solve this; pretty sure both are lies. Please make them fix this so I can once again do business with Circle "K". Thanks.

I bought a car wash and went to redeem it. While in the wash, it stopped working. I call the store and let them know th wash stopped working and on my that I had soap on my car. A young lady with eye glasses came out and got the wash working again, and went back in. As the wash finished, the dryer blowers came on and I started to drive foward to blow dry my car. After about 15-20 seconds, the blowers stopped and I still had a lot of time on the timer. So I go in to speak with the same young lady about the issue. When she asked happened "this time" I explained the 2nd issue with the dryer and he le response was, "well what did you want me to do about it, that's not my problem. Just drive down the street and dry your car." Not a very professional response, nor customer satisfying response at all.

Hi. Bought two Rice Krispies Treats, two for two dollar special and a Red Bull along with a package of Sour Patch Kids candy, price was $7.37 The clerk offered me another special that if you were to purchase a Polar Pop, you would save a dollar and the soda would be only $0.25 So I said okay, the new total was the $9.11 ! So she just said to forget the whole deal and just let me leave without the dollar off special she spoke about. I asked if she new how to do her job, obviously "no." Why would bother to ask me to upsell me on more products and then totally refuse to follow through. Very bad business practice, period. Rude without a smile either and I always ask how the individual is doing immediately when stepping up into line. This was November second at 4:15 P.M. 2017
It sounds like she should not have offered you this special. It is rude however to ask if someone knows how to do their job. I hope you asked that question in a different way than you stated.
prices on signs do not match being charged
It may not mean that much to you but it means a great deal to the false advertisment laws that are there for consumers. When a huge sign it your window says one price and then when you walk in and purchase that item its another price. When I said something to the cashier she said it was not her problem but a management problem. Has everything in this world gotten so corrupt that even a convenience store is following suit. The price for Marlboro Cigarettes on the sign said S4.36 when you buy 2 packs then when they get rang up at the register they are $ 4.86 a pack. 80 cent may not mean that much to you but it does me. Its the point. Every where you go in the United States there is corruption from insurance prices, grocery prices, gas prices and whatever else a consumer buys. I am sick and tired of being lied to over and over to get a few extra dollars that I work my [censor] off for just like you. I went to the Circle K on Buena Vista Rd. In Columbus Ga. I can not help that your store manager is to lazy to do her job. Get it together Circle k. Stop trying to make excuses for your enployees and hold them accountable for not even correcting a price mistake. Unless you are intentionally ripping me off. Like I said if I go in there everyday and you rip me off for 80 cents that is $ 292 dollars a year. Might not mean anything to you but it means alot to me and my hard earned money. So if you are doing this to 100 people in every store thats $ 100, 000 of dollars a year you are stealing from the public. Shame on you Circle k.

I went into this store at 4:52:50am today 10/28/17 wanting to buy 2 packs of regular camels in a box. The person there (with a red shirt) got me a pair of camels crush (black pkg) and charged me for them. I looked at the cigarettes I told him that those were NOT what I wanted and got mad and told me I should've told him before charging me. I said I asked him for the regular beige boxes and after the way he was talking to me I said I would not argue with him, and to please sell me what I asked for and HE SAID NO! and asked me to leave the store and that he wasn't going to sell anything to me. Before I left the store I recommended him to look for another job if he wasn't made to deal with customers. This [censor] SHOULD NOT BE IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION!
My husband had to go inside the store to buy his cigarettes and of course he did not do the same with him.
This is NOT right! And I'm taking this matter very seriously. I was denied a service I was paying for. I was embarrassed in front of other customers. I was discriminated and this is something I'm not taking lightly.

At 11:30pm on 10/27/2017 I visited the 1225 Palm Beach Blvd Fort Myers, FL 33905 location trying to purchase gas and food. I was on the verge of running out of gas (the store is located on an exit off of i-75) but told me the systems were down. Seeing as they are located off of an exit ramp I would assume they have protocols and computers that make it so their systems dont crash as much as inland stores. I saw the associates take care of other customers before I pulled up getting them cigarettes and candy bars. It seemed like they knew the people because they were conversating and laughing with them. They had cigarettes in their mouths (associates), and all stood outside with no one doing maintenance to try to get the system back up and running. Completely unprofessional to me. I will not be back but demand something be done.
Technical issues can and do occur anywhere. It can be at a big store or a small store. Most likely any maintenance the staff could try was already attempted and did not succeed. They were simply forced to wait until an IT person could assess and repair the situation. I would recommend that you try to be a little more understanding. In regards to a resolution, what are you demanding be done? Especially since you don't plan on returning?

The store on bell and sarival in Surprise Az is the dirtiest circle K we have been to in a long time. We drive out of our way to go to a cleaner one down bell road.
Counters sticky, floor sticky, soda machine slushy machine never clean. Employees are always super nice! They just need to be cleaning instead of standing around waiting for customers
Napkin holders were empty the last time we were in. So I couldn't clean my soda cup, or hands.

As a frequent customer of the Circle K located at: 2205 West Nine Mile Road in Pensacola FL, I have witnessed the cashier named Catalina be rude to customers, talk negatively about the company she works for, the co workers, the customers and give very intimate details of her personal life in front of customers. As a retail store that serves a large number of customers per day, I find it very disturbing that she discusses the intimate details of her sex life in the store while children are present.
This behavior is unacceptable and submits these young children to discussions about sex that borderlines pornography.

Just thought that the corp.office would like to know what kind of a store manager you have running the Conway SC store located at 1390 Hwy 501. The store manager Lindsay Korlosky is offering alot more then free coffee to our local law enforcement. I am one of MANY wives that are fed up with this type of behavior. She has been reported once before by another wife and all you did was move her to another store where the same thin is happeneing. Another wife of a local vender that delievers to the store said that interactions of a sexual nature occurred in the cooler...and I don't think that you know that she is also an escort at night. fairly new circle k employee
I have been working at Circle K for roughly a month and a week. I was hired on thinking that this position would enjoyable and to get away from a drama free workplace but it has only continued. On October 7th around 8:00 PM, I made a call to my manager to let her know I would not be able to come in due to an ankle sprain. This was excused however, it was brought to my attention that someone complained to her that I, the employee let someone steal cigarettes from behind the counter. I quickly explained to her that this is something I would NEVER allow at a company I work for or period. The week proceeded without talk about it. On October 12th 2017, I asked about a store transfer mainly because of transportation. I was told that very morning that I was under investigation for supposedly letting someone steal. Now supposedly the cameras were "down" that night of the "complaint". I was told that when my manager recieved videos from corporate, she would make her choice on whether to terminate me. Now I have yet to see those videos and it is almost November 2017. Somehow I got the okay to transfer stores. I don't sit too well with knowing that my manager would believe a customer over her own employee and then go as far as speaking about it with other employees (more than one) behind my back about a false accusation. I have been told by numerous customers and former workers that someone is always being accused of stealing from the store. Not to mention, I am the only female employee that works overnights at the busiest Circle K in town, if something were to get stolen and it was busy, I would not know about it. It has been brought to my attention NUMEROUS times by customers that is it very unsafe for me to work overnights by myself and I have yet to recieve help. There is always a group of homeless people outside not making it any safer and the outside camera does not work. I handled a fight in the parking lot about my second week as an employee and the guys who beat up on the women got away because there was no evidence! When it was brought to my managers attention, it was brushed off and the only topic of discussion was the false accusation about me letting someone steal. I am hoping to let me truth be known to corporate as it was never addressed after I was accused. Multiple employees have also secretly been accused of stealing. My only advice is to be very careful about what you say or when you say it because you never know when someone is watching or listening. It's very poor and unfair to get this kind of treatment.. especially when employees make the company! I am hoping to get my transfer sooner than later.

She violated a very common company policy. I'm assuming weapons are not allowed by employees and the majority of companies have rules in place that state to not engage with criminals. While she is very brave, she could have put others at risk. Also being brave enough to fight a robber does not necessarily make someone good with customers, money, stocking, and other aspects of business that are usually utilized when someone gets a promotion.

The employee was very rude and disrespectful her name tag said kadajiah. I went in the store and she was on the phone have a full conversation not once told the person to hold on or put the phone down she was talking about her cousins so I know it was not serious she was basically gossiping. instead of asking me hey how can I help you she stands there with a look on her face like I was bothering her.

I would like to start off by saying I spend quite a bit of money with with the Circle K chain I won't go anywhere else this particular day I went to another Circle K which I also go to probably go to 4 times a week I spend quite a bit of money in there I buy sodas I buy cigarettes gas it's closest to the rehabilitation center I take my mother daily I go inside the store I went in to use the restroom I came back out five minutes later and I went to the chip aisle I didn't know if I wanted to buy a snack cake or if I wanted to buy chips but the manager whose name is Brenda walked past me I was a little confused she asked me if I needed help I told her no I wasn't sure what I was going to buy soon as I turn my back she told another employee that was stocking "keep an eye on her" I guess the way that I was dressed or the way that I looked she thought that I was shoplifting or was going to steal something I like to State for the record I've never stolen anything in my life and I definitely wouldn't steal anything from the store that I frequently go to I felt like she judged me just by the way that I looked and I then decided what I was going to get which was a bag of chips and a soda I walked up to the counter and I left because of this incident I no longer will to go to that Circle K nor will my family or my fiance who Works approximately 15 minutes from that location who also spends a lot of money there what else could she have been talking about to the gentleman "keep an eye on her" I feel like something needs to be done about this if she felt like I was going to shoplift she should have said it quietly to where I couldn't hear anything it wasn't like I was walking around the store picking things up and setting them down I walked out of the bathroom I wasn't out of the bathroom 20 seconds I hadn't even looked at anything it was just the way that I was dressed that's the only thing that it could be I've never stolen anything from that store I've never stolen anything in general I am really really upset about this and I think something needs to be done bottom line is I was disrespected judged and I feel it was because of my image because I didn't have a suit and tie on because I didn't have my hair you know it perfect I'm wearing sweatpants and a T-shirt and it's because I'm a stay-at-home mother I didn't get dressed this morning I simply got up I took my mom to the doctor and I went to the store and because of what I'm wearing I feel like I was stretched something needs to be done please I spend way too much money with your guyses franchise for this to be happening to me!

Talk about rude and uneducated... The Circle K on rt. 207 in Saint Augustine Florida has a supervisor ( Stacy) with what always seems like some sort of smart attitude. So today I go in and buy a coffee, which I usually do daily, and a few packs of cigarettes. I tell the guy I want my number for the coffee club. He ask the manage (Stacy) is there some sort of thing to enter my phone number for the American Spirit Cig's. I say no, it's for the coffee. Stacy tells me it's my fault I need to add my number. I say I wasn't able to add it to the screen because of hime so why are you blaming me, the consumer, for something the employees forgot to do. She defends her comment saying she was joking with me... nice joke, I respond. She begins to tell me, "we don't do ugly or attitudes here". I said take your own advice cause you are the king of attitudes. Her response, " Well if you don't like never come back". I said I won't and I will do you one better, I will write a letter. Her response, "great I will mail it for you". I said yeah I am sure you will. Once while I was wearing a face mask, she told me, "We can hear you there is no need to yell" I am a soft spoken guy and told that by many. This supervisor has some serious issues and I am sure it has to do with my accent too. Yeah I am from the North and this uneducated fool needs to learn some people skills because she represents a company who should be ashamed to have her as an employee let alone a person who should be leading by example as a supervisor... I will take her advice and never go there again.

I was recently in a store in Tucson, Arizona a female working night shift was extremely rude saying what do you want? I replied do you talk to all the customers this way she diconected from the speaker, I then asked I I wanted was a can soda, she brought me the wrong soda so I asked politely that she brought me back the wrong soda, so she walked back angry she grabbed the soda can and shook it so I had to wait to open it, I've heard of all types of koruption at this location in Tucson, Arizona on 29th and 6th I didn't know how bad this store really was until I visited the place. This is just the recent situation there was even another situation recently where over 3 thousand dollars was just sitting on the counter it made me nervous to even go back to that store
