Came to my Sam's Club in Dothan, AL & I'm waiting for my tires to be installed. Went to the are where the cars are parked & there were no signs about service. However, one of the workers came up to me & told me I had to go around & come in the front entrance. There was no sign on the area stating that but I did as requested just as another couple did with me. It's been raining all day in Dothan & it is a long walk to the entrance. The workers in the tire department told me they had not been allowed to put up any signs & said they were told that those instructions came from corporate.
If you are an up-to-date companies with cameras everywhere (even in the parking lot), why can't you find a workable way to use the "exit" door which is presently blocked by a sales display. Surely your older customers caught in inclement weather mean something to your corporate kings. I would like to get this complaint to the corporate decision makers, but I'm pretty sure it will die in your inbox. ~ Dr. Kermit P. Soileau
Desired outcome: Entrance into tire department from the exterior with the capability of reading membership cards.
P.S. I had an appointment, I was early, but the email setting up my appointment gave me NO instructions about where tire & battery was or that I could not enter it until I had finished the Sam's 2000 (walking from tire dept back around the front entrance).
