Plato's Closet

I washed my clothes 4 times before bringing them bc the manager the boack lady I physically watch her not look at my items which I hwve on camera a few times just bc she a very lazy. I user to smoke not anymore and she didnt know I startef vaping. I sat in store 3 hours with brand new levis 5 pairs 4 button up polo ralph lauren shirts 2 polo style ralph lauren along with many dope t shirts. Also 2 pair of vineyard vines dress pants and vv dress shirt and 3 pairs of columbia shorts. She toy to my basket didnt unfold not one thing and she admits she didnt but she said could smrll smoke I caught her lying it was a new clothes bin and clothes were washed by my mom 4 times and other customers coule not smll anything but detergent. Soent hours gettint clotjes ready and 2 hour round trip to store. This is unacceptable over laziness. She works at hoover al location. I will send tapes in if tall want them

I used to go into Plato's Closet often because I loved the service and I could get clothes at get prices, but ever since they got a new manager my shopping experience has been horrible. The manager dresses very inappropriate and she is always rude to me and has a smart mouth. The manager has also hired new workers and I hate going there now because of the them and how they treat me and how they dress. Before the girls at Plato's were always sweet, helpful, and dressed appropriate and cute. These new girls talk to me like im an idiot and talk down to me about my clothes. The new girls also dress in the skimpiest clothing and I never take my children there because of that. One time when I went in there recently, one of the workers was wearing a low riding skirt, a bandeau, and a completely see thru lace shirt which was missing the whole back. I miss the way Plato's used to be and I will not be returning any more.
