I am a severe diabetic, and I have taken NovoLog for years and Optima RX is denying my insulin saying I haven’t tried other insulin is when I have I just recently switched doctors and he did not have my medical records and they are denying it but they have proof I have taken it for years per Walgreens and per the system, but they still will deny when they know that I’m in need of my insulin the other in so they want me to take is more expensive cost more and they are not feeling it either because they want me to pay the higher price for the three months they have had appeals the doctor has spoke to them and they had Walgreens information. They are still denying it when supposedly there’s a law that they’re not supposed to know insulin.
