My name is Tonya Bohannon, I moved in apartment 6217 Rime Village Dr. Apt 201 Huntsville, Alabama 35806 on December 23, 2022. I discover mold almost immediately coming out of the vents in the bedrooms and reported it the very next day, after the multiple call, maintenance came 9 gays later and stated that it was mold and it was nothing she could do because it was coming from the Attic of the apartment. It has been 11 days and the property manager, maintenance or the regional manager has yet to contact me or do anything to resolved this problem. I have call as well as visit the office, know one can seen to give me any answers or solutions, just keep telling me they are waiting on the reginal manager to get back with them. I am requesting my deposit and moving expensive back so that me and my children can move, due to the health problems and danger that black mold causes. The apartment is inhabitable, causing me and my children breathing unbearable, headaches just in this short time. Me and my children health is at risk. I will be contacting the locate News, as well as, Huntsville The Board of Health.
