I placed an order via sonic app and I waited almost an hour for an employee to tell me that they only had 2 ppl working and that they were only serving drinks. I still wasn't refunded for my order. Why is the restaurant open for business if they can only serve drinks?
Desired outcome: I'd like to be reimbursed $8.80 for my purchase.
Sonic Drive-In - iced coffee/ cold food.
I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee. I was given a medium. I told the guy who brought it out to me! He went& got a large. It was soo much ice packed inside that I couldnt even put my straw in. I guess it was a small he poured in the large cup& just added a whole cup of ice. I'm pissed I paid $3.19 plus tax. I didn't want to give it back a 2nd time b/c I feared something might be done to my drink. This is the 3rd issue I have had with this sonic. I literally go to sonic at least 4/5 a week. I will no longer order food nor drinks just get my bag of ice. Food was also cold as always. Always a long wait! No complaint I have ever filed has gotten a email, phone call or nothing! I guess you guys just don't care!
