In July of 2023, my husband and I purchased a split king adjustable mattress. We had purchased other beds before and have been happy with the products. This was our first adjustable base and mattress set. We were told at the time, that unlike the other beds that we had purchased, the split kings did not have the same warranty of trading them out of were didn't like the feel. As this was not our first purchase from Denver Mattress, we were willing to forgo this as we have been very happy. We should have known better. The first base broke within a month. The store replaced it and we moved forward. The second base broke in April. We contacted Store #488 and they told us to contact our warranty company. On April 21, 2023, we submitted a claim, and our claim was denied. We then contacted the employee who sold us the bed, she never responded. By April 27, 2023, I was very frustrated and contacted the Store Manager of store #488. He replied and said he would get a resolution. It has now been a month. We have replaced the split bases with an actual bed and are using the split king mattresses lime a normal bed. We feel that we have been more than patient and want a resolution.
Desired outcome: At the very least, the base should be replaced. Our preference would be to return both bases and get a full credit for the warranty.
