To Whom It May Concern: We purchased this LG Refrigerator December 21, 2014 from HH Gregg. We have not had this product a year and we've had to call them out for service twice first time in May and now September for the same problem, which they should have detected this problem the first time. On this second time I had just gotten out of the hospital on September 18, 2015 and I get home and all my food in my freeze has spoiled because the freezer stopped freezing and making ice. Someone were sent out on the 23rd of September and the servicemen said we needed to unplug our refrigerator until he get the part in which would take about a week there goes the rest of our food spoiled. That was on a Wednesday and he couldn't come back until that Monday, the part would come in that Friday but he couldn't come out until Monday the 28th of September. When 9/28/2015 I get a call from Jebco's clerk saying that they couldn't come out that day, but she had spoken to a customer service clerk from LG early that morning while I were on the other line with the customer service agent and said that the servicemen were out with another customer and would be at our house when he finished, but things changed about 11:30 a.m. that day when the clerk from Jebco called me to tell me that the part had not come in, but the part were in before that. We are having to keep water in a cooler because we have no refrigerator. I have spoken to atleast three peoples from HH Gregg's and about six from LG and the clerk from Jebco. Then the clerk from Jebco call LG to tell them that they would have to find someone to service our refrigerator because they didn't feel that I were satisfied with them. I'm not satisfied with HH Gregg, LG or anyone at this time, everyone has a refrigerator and we don't and still paying for this product. I'm asking you to put yourself in our shoes. How would you feel if it were you? You would be requiring the same things for a new refrigerator. It seems that LG or HH Gregg don't really care about their customer all they see is dollars. I see that there are a lot of complaint against both companies on the internet. There are no one that seems to care or be able to really help we are still under warranty and also have an extended warranty. All we ask is that they exchange the refrigerator. That would let the customers know that you are concern for them, to put yourself in the customers place, that's what you call good customer service. They still haven't fixed my refrigerator as of this date and have not found a replacement servicemen. I will never recommend LG or HH Gregg to anyone. From looking at the internet it's not just HH Gregg that's getting a bad review about LG product. They making things too fast and the product is not holding up, that's with everything from appliance to electronics. Let your customers know that you care about them and that way you will get more business. How would you feel if it were you?
