I purchased my wife a ring on 11/25/2018 also purchasing a two year warranty. The diamond fell out. I contacted the warranty company and they are stating they don't have any proof that the insurance was purchased. The receipt showing the warranty was purchased was sent to the warranty company with a promise we will be contacted within 48 hrs. It has been over a week. The ring with two year warranty with tax cost $922.88. Can you please assist us with this issue? We purchased the ring in good faith along with the warranty.
