So last night between 12 and 1am I ordered some food. $20.11 is what I was charged. It said $5.00 off your first online order which didnt happen. But anyways I put in my order and then drove there. When I got there they was closed. Which I didn't know they started closing. They use to be open 24/7. Anyways I called at 7 to see about canceling the order. Before I could really say any thing about anything she told the person whom I was talking too to call back in 10 minutes she would be calling corporate to see about giving me a refund. I payed with debit. Well ive probably been told to call back in 10 minutes 6 times now. And the last time I called "10" minutes later like they said to do. I heard the manager screaming beligerantly "no hes not called me back yet" not sure what rlse she said but I heard that nice and clear infront of my company. Now I really dont want the food at all. I dont want someone messing with it. I just want my money back or a 20 dollar credit or for the money to be put on a gift card for a huddle house in a different location. I was just going to ask for my food I paid for. But now I dont even trust it. And I really feel uncomfortable going there to even get a refund. Any ideas?
