I ordered 3 items. A drink and two shakes. I was the second one in line and sat there 10 mins. I get to the window and she gives me my drink and one shake. I asked where the other one was and she told me it didn't ring up but one and then shut the window. The shake I did get I asked for the oreo chocolate hand-mixed master shake. I got vanilla instead of chocolate and oreos. I also asked for it to be extra thick it is very watery and no oreos we're added to top it off they got something all over the cup. The drink I ordered was a route 44 and they give me a straw ONE straw and it was for one of the smaller drinks. I didn't even get a receipt she shut the window before I could say anything else to her about the order.
I had to literally throw all my food away it was nasty! While 20 dollars doesn't seem linen lot that adds up for someone that is broke barely making through this pandemic and struggling to make ends meet. I'm highly disappointed in the service and quality of food I repeated my ordered several times. I wok hard for the money I clean houses I'm trying to get a second job because I'm barely making ends met I understand people have bad days but to just dismiss me like that was beyond rude. That was money wasted I had through away. And as you see from.th response your team doesn't care I'm not the only that has issue with this place and if news be ill start sending them here so you can see I'm not trying to just get money that the service and product is crap!
There were no oreos in that shake much less extra. I didn't even get a receipt she shut the window before I could say anything else to her about the order Which was rude! She agruged with me and then shut the window with God only knows what all over the cup!
