Manager at Sylacauga Walmart, 35150 was unfair with her pricing of the following: told to pay full price for Nioxin Cleanser then would be able to pay 1/2 price for Nioxin scalp therapy. I wanted to pay full price for the $20 item, then pay 1/2 for $24 item. Very disappointed with customer service. I now will shop elsewhere. Thank you.

SmartStyle - haircut and roller set
When she first went in SmartStyle at Walmart I asked Savanna could she do Black people hair? I told her that I was not trying to be offensive or anything. I just wanted to know before she started on my hair. All the while I am talking to her the manager was sitting by the hair dryers playing on her phone. It took her over an hour to roll my hair she combed the top not the roots an I told her that I was not tender headed! So I went back the following day to show her the finished product. Savanna had the nerve to say it didn't turn out RIGHT! Like I told Savanna I do not have $42 bucks to donate to you all an she said leave my name an # her Manager would give me a call back.. I was cashing out an I saw the Manager I told her first of all the dryer was cold when she put me up under it an I made Savanna aware of that. Second of all it took her over a hour to roll my hair an the right side was getting dry she was spraying it wit water. Third the haircut looks like a 10 year old just chopped my hair at the ends. The manager said maybe it was the rollers I told her I use the same kind at home an it do not look like a AFRO! She asked if I could get it redone today an I told her no I got an appointment so I got to go back at 9:30 on Monday. I asked if Savanna had to do it because I do not want her to an the Manager said Savanna has to I redo my hair because she got paid to do it! A mess up AGAIN!😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩
