I had 2 charges on my debit card totalling $849.16 to Sams Club in Bentonville Arkansas. I am not a member nor have I shopped with Sams Club. The first fraudulant transaction was on 11/14/22 at 2:51am in the amount of $109.01. The second fraudulant transaction was on 11/14/22 at 3:02am in the amount of $740.15! I have had to cancel my debit card. But until sams club removes the Pending charges I cannot get my money refunded. Please, I have already submitted a complaint with corporate (incident # [protected]} and provided screen shots of the fraudulant charges. I was told it would be escalated for investigation of charges and that it usually takes 72 hours to resolve. Therefore as of today, 11/16/22, 72 hours later, I am still awaiting my refund.
It appears as you search online and google samsclub, the first things to come up are all the fraud from Bentonville AR. That this is a major problem for SamsClub and should be investigated in itself or better yet stronger security measures installed to prevent this problem from reaccurring.
Desired outcome: to have the $849.16 charges to my card removed immediately so it no longer show as Pending so it I can receive my stolen money back asap.
Sam's Club - Unauthorized charge and hack
Unauthorized charge on bank account by/from Sam Annex-Sam Mbr Bentonville, Ar. If the accounts were supposedly hacked — why is information is still being stolen? What is being done about it? For a charge of $45.00 renewal on 11/20/2021. Sam Club according to other posts concerning this matter has appeared to resolve the matter to any former customer satisfaction. I have posted a complaint with the BBB, FTC, you, and soon with DA of both my State and soon AR.

Sam's Club - Mask demand
Because of their Decision to demand that all costumers must wear mask starting on Monday July 20. I will no longer shop in their stores or online. They have lost my business and I hope a lot of others!

Sam's Club - Wheel damage
We have purchased our tires from Sam's Club for years. In May of this year (2015, yes it took until September for them to contact us on the claim).
Our wheel was damaged when they repaired a flat. We went to the manager and told them what happened and she came out and took pictures. The person that did the flat repair denied doing any damage. As I worked in the tire and wheel business for several years I know what can happen to a wheel when the arm on the machine is not adjusted properly. But they denied any damage or liability. This is poor customer service by Sam's Club, if a mistake happens be upfront take responsibility fix the problem and move on. That is why they have insurance to cover damage.

I have this happen twice now i am so tired of sam's club taking money out and I am not even a member don't think I want to be a member if this happens to people's debit card
