My name is Clyde hill member number 725469, I purchased a car from the Little Rock, AR location on a Monday 5/20 and scheduled for a tow truck to pick it up and deliver it, however once the tow truck got there to pick it up they called to tell me there was no key in the car, and that they was trying to drive it up on the tow truck since it stated the car runs and drive, and has key in the picture. I called in the office and spoke with someone and I was told that the managers was out on break and that they would leave a note on the door when one of the managers returned they would give me a call back and that they knew about the situation and they was goin to get it resolved quickly. I never received a call back, i reached out again around the following Tuesday and was told the managers was on vacation for the week(after I talked with them the prior week and they could have let me know that then) i finally spoke with one of the managers through email and they confirmed that they was taking care of it and that it would be 2-3 days and it would be ready, I asked If I could get the number to someone I could contact through the company to handle the situation, that's when he stated that he was the mananger and that he knew about the problem and the car is an expensive so sometime people take the key. (How does that happen when all the cars are stored behind a fence in your yard) keep getting the run around, and I have never had this happen. I have to reach out to them to see if any progress has been made and it is now 6/5/19. I just purchased another vehicle through Copart on 5/31/19 and already received the car. With Copart having a rule to make the payment within the 3days or get penalized, I feel as if two week is more than enough time I'm not understanding why I don't have the vehicle in my possession yet. Do I get refunded any money back? Or rewarded another vehicle also for Copart mistake
