One of my drivers went to san antonio TX facility and couldn’t pick a car because had a storage fee on it. The account client didn’t accept cards as payment, they made him get money from an atm machine (outside of their facility) meanwhile the owner paid the fee and the driver came back there the lady (monique peralta) kept the money “charging” my driver, but the fee was already paid. The problem was both parts paid for the storage and since the owner refused to pay the driver back because he affirmed the driver didn’t pay for it, police got involved. All this because tried to get $100 for herself. When the driver came back there next day before she says anything she already said she would return his money, but copart never gave the driver a receipt saying the got the koney and was returning it. Manager just gave the money back and left. We need this receipt to show the client and you guys gotta watch your people is this facilitiy. Buyer number 217188 and lot number was [protected].
