Sam's Club

I just wanted to make sure that someone at corporate was notified of my experience at the Conway AR Sam's. I was assaulted by one of your customers by coming at me, saying he was going to kick my [censored], and grabbing the cart I was using to separate him from me. I asked your staff to call the police and I waited until they got there. They told me it was a civil matter, and I would have to file in court myself. I really did not think it warranted court action, but I did contact your manager Kevin and after several weeks he agreed to look at the video which showed what the man did. He refused at first and said he would only look at the video if the police requested it. I convinced him to look at it and decide if he felt good about allowing this man to continue to come into his store. He called me later and told me that nothing he saw on the video concerned him enough to bar this man from the store. He also seemed to be saying that it was justified. All I am going to say is that it happened in your store and you, and the manager of the store have been notified so should anything like this happen with anyone else I will be there to tell my story. Nothing I did or said justified the assault.
