I've suffered through Suddenlink's mediocre service for years now, as I have no better alternative where I live. This time, I've been without cable service for over a month.
I've tried to call to get the service repaired. I missed the repairman once, and unsuccessfully tried to reschedule. I'm still without service, and I've been on hold for an hour now, waiting for a call back, which is wasting my time once again. I've been with cable for so long, that I'm used to not having it. I'm going to drop it altogether. Their company has gone downhill rapidly, with a various self-serving policies in place. These irritating blockades grow in number as we speak to stem the hemorrhage of customers. I've been paying the full amount of my service, including the cable I've haven't received for some time. I'm simply not getting what I'm paying for.

After numerous increases and sub service I appeared at their office and discontinued service. My first mistake was not getting a signed receipt for turning in their modem. Shortly, I received a bill charging me for three modems. After complaining to the Corporate office an investigation was conducted and after almost five months I called and charges were finally removed. Get a signed receipt for equipment return. Now, after one year of not having Suddenlink a collection agency sent me a notice for sixty dollar cancellation fee. I was never informed that there would be a cancelation fee. Stay away from this company.
